Capacitan a docentes del Ministerio de Educación en Siuna
Más de 800 docentes de las diferentes áreas educativas del Ministerio de Educación, participan del proceso de capacitación en Siuna, Caribe Norte, para fortalecer sus conocimientos y de esa forma mejorar la educación de los niños y niñas de la Costa Caribe Norte.
Rafael Canales Cantillano, asesor del Ministerio de Educción en Siuna dijo que están habilitadas el instituto Roger López, el colegio sabatino ubicado en San Pablo, la escuela Pedro Joaquín Chamorro y el Instituto Parroquial San Francisco de Asís de Siuna para la capacitación a los más de 800 docentes de Siuna.
Canales Cantillano dijo que hay una buena asistencia a la capacitación municipal, los maestros han llegado porque consideran que tienen la oportunidad de mejorar la educación en Siuna, donde se están tomando las medidas preventivas frente al Covid 19.
La formación que están recibiendo son las macro unidades pedagógicas que son la adaptación curricular, por los efectos del convid 19 y los dos huracanes que afectaron la región del Caribe.
Francisco Castellón Obregón de la escuela de la comunidad del Consuelo Central, dijo que están aprendiendo una nueva didáctica, y es gracias al Gobierno que está capacitando a los docentes urbanos y rurales.
“Los niños van a tener un mejor aprendizaje con este proceso de capacitación que reciben del Ministerio de Educación” afirmó el docente
Ivania de los Ángeles Leiva Valdivia docente de la comunidad El Torno, en el sector del Hormiguero en Siuna dijo que esta capacitación les fortalecer sus conocimientos y es como una retroalimentación que les sirve para poderlo aplicar en el centro de trabajo.
Estos procesos se están realizando en todos los municipios del Triángulo Minero con el objetivo de mejorar cada día la educación primaria y secundaria de la niñez caribeña.

Canales Cantillano said that there is good attendance at the municipal training, the teachers have arrived because they consider they have the opportunity to improve education in Siuna, where preventive measures are being taken against Covid 19.
The training they are receiving are the macro pedagogical units that are curricular adaptation, due to the effects of convid 19 and the two hurricanes that affected the Caribbean region.
Francisco Castellón Obregón from the Consuelo Central community school said they are learning a new didactics, and it is thanks to the Government that it is training urban and rural teachers.
«The children will have a better learning with this training process that they receive from the Ministry of Education,» said the teacher.
Ivania de los Ángeles Leiva Valdivia, a teacher from the El Torno community, in the Hormiguero sector in Siuna, said that this training will strengthen their knowledge and is like a feedback that helps them to apply it in the workplace.
These processes are being carried out in all the municipalities of the Mining Triangle with the aim of improving the primary and secondary education of Caribbean children every day.
