Ordenan prisión preventiva para presunto asesino de excónyuge en Bluefields
La medida cautelar de prisión preventiva ordenó este miércoles la jueza Ashelly Mariannie Archibold Rigby en contra de Bernardo Melecio Ruiz Chow, acusado de cometer el femicidio de Marta Alicia Robinson Aragón, de 35 años.
Este miércoles se llevó a cabo la audiencia preliminar contra el sujeto en el Complejo Judicial de Bluefields. La judicial decidió admitir la acusación realizada por el Ministerio Público contra Ruiz tras conocer cómo ocurrieron los hechos, y finalmente programó la audiencia inicial para el próximo 18 de enero.
Marta había terminado la relación con el sujeto dos semanas antes de ocurrir el crimen en las primeras horas del sábado 1 de enero de 2022. De acuerdo a familiares y conocidos de la víctima, Ruiz actuaba de forma controladora y posesiva con la ahora fallecida. Y el día que la mató ingresó a su casa en el barrio Santa Rosa, utilizando una copia de la llave del portón principal, y espero que la fémina llegara para matarla.
Una vez que la mujer entró a la casa la atacó a golpes en su rostro y luego la asfixió. Marta Alicia Robinson Aragón era madre de 3 niños y abogada y contadora de profesión.
La Asociación de Abogados y Notarios de Bluefields exigió que Ruiz sea condenado a prisión perpetua.
“Si se declarase culpable no se le otorgue ningún beneficio, ya que hubo premeditación, ventaja y alevosía, consideramos que es un crimen atroz en contra de una mujer, que sea condenado a la pena máxima establecida en la Ley 1058, que reforma a la Ley 641, adicionada a la Ley 779”, reza parte del pronunciamiento de los abogados.
Order preventive detention for alleged murderer of ex-spouse in Bluefields
Judge Ashelly Mariannie Archibold Rigby ordered this Wednesday the precautionary measure of preventive detention against Bernardo Melecio Ruiz Chow, accused of committing the femicide of Marta Alicia Robinson Aragón, 35 years old.
This Wednesday the preliminary hearing against the subject was held at the Bluefields Judicial Complex. The court decided to admit the accusation made by the Public Ministry against Ruiz after learning how the events occurred, and finally scheduled the initial hearing for next January 18.
Marta had ended the relationship with the subject two weeks before the crime occurred in the early hours of Saturday, January 1, 2022. According to relatives and acquaintances of the victim, Ruiz acted in a controlling and possessive manner with the now deceased. And the day he killed her she entered her house in the Santa Rosa neighborhood, using a copy of the key to the main gate, and I hope that her female will arrive to kill her.
Once the woman entered the house, she attacked her by beating her face and then suffocated her. Marta Alicia Robinson Aragón was the mother of 3 children and a lawyer and accountant by profession.
The Bluefields Lawyers and Notaries Association demanded that Ruiz be sentenced to life in prison.
