Entregan micro túnel para producción de plantas de hortalizas en Siuna

Autoridades del Gobierno de Nicaragua por medio del Ministerio de Economía Familiar Cooperativa, comunitaria y asociativa, construyeron un micro túnel para producir platas de hortalizas en Siuna, Triangulo Minero.

Para Emelina Hernández, protagonista de comunidad de Wany, en Siuna, dijo que es un gran beneficio para ellas, ya que en la comunidad tienen mucho trabajo y no pueden llenar las bolsas, en cambio aquí solo se vienen a llevar las plantas listas para llevarlas a sembrar y cuidarlas.

En Siuna se construyó un micro túnel para la producción de plantas de hortalizas que serán entregadas a las protagonistas del área urbana y rural de Siuna, pero también los huertos escolares y las casas maternas en Siuna, Caribe Norte.

Para Erika Herrera Martínez, protagonista de Siuna, dijo que con este micro túnel se beneficias las familias mas pobres del municipio, ya que permitirá llevar las plantas de hortalizas listas para sembrarlas y lo que les toca a las familias es cuidarlas para que se puedan producir.

La producción de hortalizas es una prioridad del gobierno de Nicaragua en ese sentido Martiza Ordoñez Gaitán funcionaria del Ministerio de Economía Familiar, Cooperativa, comunitaria y Asociativa, MEFCCA, dijo que en ese micro túnel se estarán produciendo plantas de calidad, libre de plagas y enfermedades, que serán entregadas a las protagonistas.

Se van a producir plantas de tomate, chiltota, chile, remolachas, achiotes para sus patios, para aprovechar los espacios reducidos en sus casas.

El Dr. Noel Espinoza, secretario Político FSLN Siuna, dijo que gracias a Dios y al Gobierno de nicaragua que se sigue promoviendo la producción de hortalizas en las familias de Siuna.

Desde las instituciones del sistema de producción consumo y comercio del Gobierno se incentiva la producción de hortalizas para la dieta alimenticias de la población.
