Las autoridaes de Bilwi en el Caribe Norte le han declarado la guerra a la malaria, que se ha convertido en una epidemia que está afectando a la población de Puerto cabezas, con más de 5 mil afectados.

Las autoridades toman acciones de forma inmediata y con el Ministerio de Salud, el policlínico de la ciudad y los CLS de los barrios, iniciaron la campaña cero malaria, comienza conmigo, es una campaña que busca sensibilizar a la población para que ejecutemos acciones en mi hogar, en mi casa, para acabar con el zancudo transmisor de la malaria.

La responsabilidad no es solo del MINSA, o del Gobierno, la responsabilidad es de todos, la campaña busca crear esa conciencia y para ello han comenzado a salir de sus oficinas funcionarios del Gobierno a brindar charlas educativas en los barrios, en las escuelas y la campaña en las redes sociales para impactar de forma positiva en la eliminación de los vectores donde se reproduce el zancudo.

Pero además de las charlas que dan los funcionarios del Gobierno, hay acciones concretas como es el caso de los CÑPS de los barrios que han salido a limpiar uno de los rio que pasa por el área urbana de la ciudad que ha sido usado como un basurero por la población.

Si todo aportamos con la limpieza estoamos seguros que pronto la malaria estará reducida en la ciudad, pero de lo contrario seguirá en aumento, pero ya las autoridades han declarado la guerra a la malaria y están en las jornadas de limpieza.

No esperemos que lleguen los CLS a nuestras casas, comencemos nosotros cada uno de en nuestra casa a limpiar el patio, a destruir los criaderos del zancudo, sacamos la basura a la calle y que se las lleve el camioncito recolector de la basura, esto será un éxito si todos apoyamos.
