La Fuerza Naval del Ejército de Nicaragua informo del hallazgo de 109 kilos de cocaína que estaban caleteados en una panga de bandera hondureña capturada en enero pasado en el mar Caribe.

Las autoridades militares indicaron que le daban seguimiento al proceso de investigación a la lancha que estaban bajo resguardo de la Fuerza Naval en Puerto Cabezas, por lo que utilizando la técnica canina procedieron a realizar la inspección este 13 de marzo encontrando un total de 89 tacos de cocaína que estaban caleteados en la quilla de doble forro que llevan estas embarcaciones.

La embarcación Kenia, estaba ocupada por las autoridades y estaba bajo resguardo de la Capitanía de Puerto en Bilwi, donde se dio la inspección y el hallazgo de la droga.

La droga fue entregada a las autoridades correspondientes, este es parte del trabajo que realiza la fuerza naval en cumplimiento a la estrategia del estado de Nicaragua del “Muro de Contención” con resultados positivos en el Caribe de Nicaragua.

The Nicaraguan Army Naval Force reported the discovery of 109 kilos of cocaine that were heated in a panga of Honduran flag captured last January in the Caribbean Sea.

The military authorities indicated that they were following the investigation process of the boat that was under the protection of the Naval Force in Puerto Cabezas, so using the canine technique they proceeded to carry out the inspection this March 13, finding a total of 89 blocks of cocaine that was heated in the double-lined keel that these boats carry.

The Kenya boat was occupied by the authorities and was under the protection of the Harbor Master in Bilwi, where the inspection and discovery of the drug took place.

The drug was delivered to the corresponding authorities, this is part of the work carried out by the naval force in compliance with the Nicaraguan state strategy of the «Retaining Wall» with positive results in the Nicaraguan Caribbean.
