No hay sanciones para el Tortuguero y la Cruz de Rio Grande y ambas delegación están en camino para asistir a la 69 serie del Caribe de Mulukuku, donde el congresillo técnico había sancionado a estas dos delegación por no estar en tiempo y forma, sin embargo a última hora se conoció que ambas delegación están en camino.

Gilbert Smith destacado pelotero de la Costa Caribe dijo que la serie del Atlántico es la formación de muchos peloteros costeño, es algo grandísimo porque es en el Caribe donde más se ha jugado béisbol.

“Para nosotros es una gran honor y un gran regocijo, estar celebrando estos campeonatos” dijo Smith.

Sobre los señalamientos de unas personas que cuestionan la serie por la emergencia mundial del COVID-19, Gilbert Smith dijo que en Nicaragua no se ha avanzado con la pandemia como en otros países.

Creo que en el tiempo de la guerra, co terremotos, y tantas situaciones adversas que hemos tenido en el país se ha logrado celebrar, entonces tampoco nos pueden quitar el privilegio de continuar con este tipo de eventos.

Carlos Alemán coordinador del Gobierno regional dijo que es una cosa histórica que es la 69 serie y la ´primera vez que se realiza en Mulukuku, y se ha hecho una articulación desde los gobiernos municipales, regionales, asociaciones de béisbol municipal y regional que hicieron posible que se hiciera con todo y la amenaza del Covid -19, se logró y es importante para mantener la tranquilidad en el Caribe y en Nicaragua.

José Luis Solórzano político del FSLN en Las Minas dijo que está contento por hacer la serie en Mulukuku, por eso se agradece a Dios y al comandante Daniel y la vicepresidenta Rosario Murillo que pusieron los recursos para este evento.

“hay una gran emoción en Mulukuku por que vamos a vivir una auténtica fiesta de béisbol, hay 13 equipos que desfilaron y el Tortuguero y La Cruz de Rio Grande están viajando hacia Mulukuku para participar en la serie” afirmo Solórzano.

David Gonzales un destacado pelotero originario de Mulukuku, quien ha sido miembros del equipo de la Costa caribe y del equipo de Boaco, en la los campeonatos de primera división comandante German Pomares Ordoñez.

Gonzales dijo que haberle dedicado la serie 69 lo tomo por sorpresa pero dijo que el amor al deporte y haberse entregado al deporte es lo que ha sido fundamental para que la federación y el comité organizador le hayan dedicado la serie caribeña.
David Gonzales nació en la comunidad de Baca 5, su papa Julio Gonzales y su mama Ramona Sosa, inicia el béisbol en la categoría mayor A, a la edad de 15 años.

David Gonzales ha participado en 10 series del Atlántico, participo en 9 campeonatos nacionales, también se ha destacado en el béisbol de primera división en el campeonato German Pomares Ordoñez,  dos años fue integrante del equipo Costa Caribe y dos años con ele quipo de Boaco, actualmente es pelotero activo del equipo de Mulukuku, entrenador de pequeñas ligas, humildad, disciplina, y entrega al deporte, por eso David Gonzales es un orgullo de Mulukuku.

Este viernes 27 de marzo se rompen los fuegos con el inicio de los juegos de las series del Caribe, el grupo A jugara en Siuna y el grupo B en Mulukuku.

La Cruz de Rio Grande and Tortuguero will participate in series 69 in Mulukuku
