Tras las rejas hombre que presuntamente mató una persona en Mulukuku

Tras las rejas se encuentra una persona que fue capturada por la Policía Nacional e investigada por el delito de homicidio hecho ocurrido en la comarca Sarawas jurisdicción de Mulukuku en la Región Autónoma de la Costa caribe Norte.

Lo anterior fue expresado en una conferencia de prensa por el Comisionado General Pedro José Rodríguez Argueta jefe de la delegación Policial del Triángulo Minero, Prinzapolka y Mulukuku.

El jefe policial indico que el día lunes 28 de febrero del 2022, a la 1:45 de la madrugada, a través del Centro de Emergencia (línea 118) persona que se identificó con iniciales X.M.L., informó la muerte del ciudadano Santiago Antonio Flores Poveda (q.e.p.d) de 46 años de edad, en comunidad “Sarawas”, municipio de Mulukuku, Región Autónoma de la Costa Caribe Norte.

Así mismo agrego que un equipo técnico policial, conformado por oficiales de Auxilio Judicial y Peritos de Criminalística, se presentaron al lugar, realizaron inspección, fijación fotográfica de la escena, recolectaron muestras de sangre para realizar peritajes químico y biológico.

El Comisionado General Rodríguez Argueta afirmo que el cuerpo examinado por médico forense, dictaminó causa de muerte: Shock Hipovolémico, por lesiones con arma cortopunzante.

El jefe policial indicio que la Policía Nacional determinó que, el lunes 28 de febrero del 2022, a la 1:00 de la madrugada, el sujeto Oscar Barrera Jarquín de 21 años, en estado de ebriedad y motivado por rencillas, agredió a Santiago Antonio Flores Poveda (q.e.p.d) con arma cortopunzante (machete), provocándole la muerte, el investigado se dio a la fuga.

De acuerdo al jefe policial, los investigadores de criminalística realizaron peritajes determinando coincidencia de, tipo de sangre de Santiago Antonio Flores Poveda coincide con manchas de sangre encontradas en arma cortopunzante (machete) ocupado al investigado. Testigos entrevistados reconocen al delincuente Oscar Barrera Jarquín, como autor de la muerte homicida.

El Comisionado General Rodríguez Argueta señalo que la Policía Nacional continúa garantizando protección a las familias y comunidades.

Behind bars man who allegedly killed a person in Mulukuku

The police chief indicated that the National Police determined that, on Monday, February 28, 2022, at 1:00 in the morning, the 21-year-old subject Oscar Barrera Jarquín, while intoxicated and motivated by quarrels, attacked Santiago Antonio Flores Poveda (RIP) with a sharp weapon (machete), causing his death, the investigated fled.
