Puerto Cabezas cayo en la semifinal ante Laguna de Perlas con marcador de 2×0 de esta forma Laguna de Perlas logra pasar a la gran final de la 69 serie del Caribe Nicaragüense en Mulukuku 2020, sede de la serie costeña.

De esta forma el equipo de la Costa Caribe Sur de Nicaragua Laguna de Perlas se gana la representación de la regio en el campeonato nacional de béisbol mayor A.

En el encuentro entre Siuna y Bluefields se vivió un juego hermético por el monumental dominio de los dos lanzadores de Bluefields Rubén Downs y Jelsin Henríquez, pero finalmente Siuna logro vencer desde el cierre la apertura del cuarto episodio.

José Ramón Vega en la alta de la cuarta entrada, abrió la tanda con imparable, Erick Vilches se sacrificó y avanzo Vega a la segunda base, Noé Martínez fallo del short a la primera para el segundo out de la entrada y con dos out y con Vega en la segunda llego el batazo de Haroldo Casells que empujo la primera y única carrera que tuvo Siuna en el juego que le permite pasar a la final en la serie caribeña.

Y de esta forma Siuna, se gana el boleto para representar a la Región Autónoma de La Costa Caribe Norte en el campeonato nacional de béisbol mayor “A” ha realizarse en Leon.

El manager del equipo de Siuna Jamil Centeno dijo que han estado jugando cada juego, y que para la gran final están listo gracias a la disciplina que tiene el equipo de Siuna en la serie caribeña.
