Gobierno de Nicaragua inaugura laboratorio de entomología para atender cinco municipios del Caribe Norte
El Gobierno de Nicaragua y el Ministerio de Salud inauguraron un laboratorio de entomología que viene a asegurar una mejor atención en salud, en cinco municipios de la Región Autónoma de la Costa Caribe Norte
En el laboratorio se podrán hacer los análisis y estudios necesarios para cuatro tipos de zancudos que provocan la malaria, la leishmaniasis y otras enfermedades, así lo dio a conocer la doctora Lucia Lira directora del Sistema Local integral en Salud del Triángulo Minero Mulukuku y Paiwas.
El laboratorio entomológico está sirviendo para fortalecer la vigilancia epidemiológica de las enfermedades trasmitidas por vectores en todo el departamento, pero también servirá para medir la efectividad de todas las acciones de lucha anti epidémicas que se realizan en barrios y comunidades, dijo la directora del SILAIS.
Víctor Rojas entomólogo de Siuna dijo que existen siete especies de zancudo, pero en la región prevalecen dos especies transmisores del dengue malaria y sika, pero hay otras especies transmisores de enfermedades como la que transmite la leishmaniasis.
José Luis Solórzano delegado presidencial del Triángulo Minero Prinzapolka, Mulukuku y Paiwas, dijo que este es un espacio que es importante para la prevención y análisis de los vectores que afectan la salud de la población, es un espacio que ha dotado el gobierno de Nicaragua para la atender mejor la salud de la población.
“Aquí victorioso avanzando trabajando cumpliendo con el mandato del presidente y la vicepresidenta Daniel Ortega y Rosario Murillo Zambrana con una inversión superior a los 370 mil córdobas para atender la salud de la población” afirmo Solórzano.
El doctor Noel Espinoza, Secretario Político municipal del Frente Sandinista de Liberación nacional dijo que una vez más el municipio de Siuna y el Triángulo Minero celebrando la paz que es el camino para el amor, una obra más para el beneficio de nuestras familias que son el centro del trabajo que hacemos día a día a través del Gobierno y el Ministerio de salud.
“Este es un medio para hacer diagnóstico, para hacer los panes de trabajo en base al diagnóstico que aquí encontremos, y sobre todo con la capacidad que tienen los técnicos para desarrollar cada una de las actividades, el modelo de salud del Gobierno es trabajar día a día por la salud de neutro pueblo, llevando la atención con cariño y amor” afirmo Espinoza.
El laboratorio de entomología estará atendiendo a una población de 300 mil habitantes de los municipios de Rosita, Bonanza, Siuna, Mulukuku y Paiwas, en el Caribe Norte.

In the laboratory, the necessary analyzes and studies can be carried out for four types of mosquitoes that cause malaria, leishmaniasis and other diseases, this was announced by Dr. Lucia Lira, director of the Comprehensive Local Health System of the Mulukuku and Paiwas Mining Triangle.
The entomological laboratory is serving to strengthen the epidemiological surveillance of vector-borne diseases throughout the department, but it will also serve to measure the effectiveness of all anti-epidemic actions carried out in neighborhoods and communities, said the director of SILAIS.
Víctor Rojas, an entomologist from Siuna, said that there are seven species of mosquitoes, but two species that transmit dengue malaria and sika prevail in the region, but there are other species that transmit diseases such as the one that transmits leishmaniasis.

«This is a means to make a diagnosis, to make work plans based on the diagnosis that we find here, and above all with the capacity that technicians have to develop each of the activities, the Government’s health model is to work day to day for the health of a neutral town, taking care with affection and love ”, affirmed Espinoza.
The entomology laboratory will be serving a population of 300 thousand inhabitants of the municipalities of Rosita, Bonanza, Siuna, Mulukuku and Paiwas, in the North Caribbean.
