Listos candidatos para elegir a magistrados del CSE
Un total 44 personas fueron inscritas como candidatos a cargos de magistrados y magistradas del Consejo Supremo Electoral, propuestos por los diputados de las distintas fuerzas políticas existentes en la Asamblea Nacional.
La presidenta de la Comisión especial de carácter Constitucional, para Asuntos Legislativos, detalló este jueves que, de los 44 candidatos, 7 fueron propuestos por el Frente Sandinista, 14 por el PLC, 8 por el ALN, el partido regional Yatama propuso 9, el partido Conservador uno, uno por ALN y Yatama y uno más a título personal de la diputada liberal Azucena Castillo.
La parlamentaria, aseguró que todos cumplen con los requisitos de ley para la candidatura a uno de los 10 cargos de magistrados ante el CSE, 7 de esos propietarios y 3 suplentes.
El informe de evaluación de candidatos fue entregado por la comisión especial, ante la primera secretaria de la junta directiva de la Asamblea Nacional.
Listo dictamen sobre reformas electorales
La Comisión Especial de carácter Constitucional para Asuntos Electorales entregó este jueves a Primera Secretaria de la Asamblea Nacional el dictamen del proceso de consultas sobre las Reformas Electorales.
La diputada, Auxiliadora Martínez, titular de esa comisión, destacó que hubo participación total de los 19 partidos políticos con personería jurídica que existen en el país incluyendo todos los partidos regionales de la Costa Caribe Norte y Sur, con lo que se logró obtener grandes aportes y sugerencias.
“Concluimos este proceso de consulta y dictamen con mucha satisfacción, porque cada partido planteó de manera muy puntual ya acuciosa que ellos consideraron pertinentes y fueron incluidos en nuestro informe” destacó Martínez.
El próximo 4 de mayo en una sesión extraordinaria el plenario de la Asamblea Nacional discutirá y aprobará las reformas, además serán electos los candidatos a los cargos de magistrados ante el Consejo Supremo Electoral.
Candidates ready to elect CSE magistrates
A total of 44 people were registered as candidates for positions of magistrates of the Supreme Electoral Council, proposed by the deputies of the different political forces existing in the National Assembly.
The president of the special Constitutional Commission for Legislative Affairs detailed this Thursday that, of the 44 candidates, 7 were proposed by the Sandinista Front, 14 by the PLC, 8 by the ALN, the Yatama regional party proposed 9, the Conservative party one, one for ALN and Yatama and one more in the personal capacity of Liberal deputy Azucena Castillo.
The parliamentarian, assured that all meet the requirements of the law for the candidacy to one of the 10 positions of magistrates before the CSE, 7 of those owners and 3 alternates.
The candidate evaluation report was delivered by the special commission, before the first secretary of the board of directors of the National Assembly.
Ready opinion on electoral reforms
The Special Constitutional Commission for Electoral Matters delivered on Thursday to the First Secretary of the National Assembly the opinion of the consultation process on Electoral Reforms.
The deputy, Auxiliadora Martínez, head of that commission, stressed that there was total participation of the 19 political parties with legal status that exist in the country, including all the regional parties of the North and South Caribbean Coast, with which it was possible to obtain large contributions and suggestions.
«We concluded this process of consultation and opinion with great satisfaction, because each party raised in a very punctual and diligent manner that they considered pertinent and were included in our report,» said Martínez.
On May 4, in an extraordinary session, the plenary session of the National Assembly will discuss and approve the reforms, and the candidates for magistrates before the Supreme Electoral Council will also be elected.
