La mayoría de las pruebas que se han hecho a pacientes que han ingresado al centro asistencial Carlos Centenos de Siuna, han resultado negativo, así lo dio a conocer el Dr. Rigoberto Chávez la tarde de hoy en Siuna, Caribe Norte.

El funcionario detalló que el personal de salud está atendiendo a todos los pacientes que llegan en busca de atención médica, muchos llegan por gripe, fiebres por dengue y otras enfermedades y en la ciudad la población los está alarmada y asegura que todos son por COVID 19, lo cual es falso y debemos guardar la calma.

Los casos que están llegando por diferentes causas están siendo discriminados por la población lo cual es incorrecto porque no todos los pacientes que llegan tienen el CIVD.19      pero se hace un protocolo igual como si tuviera por medidas de prevención, dijo Chávez.

El director del hospital habló de cuentas falsas que están circulando en las redes sociales para crear pánico, miedo y caos en la población de Siuna, lo mejor es tener medios de comunicación que son responsables y ofrecen información correcta sobre lo que pasa en la ciudad.

Lo importante ahora no es cuantos casos hay, lo importante ahora es que estamos haciendo para protegernos y evitar el contagio, por eso hay que seguir de forma estricta las recomendaciones del lavado de manos, uso de mascarillas, distanciamiento y evitar la propagación del virus.

No estemos reproduciendo información no confirmada, aquí se dijo que una mujer había muerto de COVID-19, cuando la realidad no era así, luego se dijo que el director del MINSA andaba enterrando 10 personas de noche en el cementerio, en fin, tantas cosas que están creando miedo pánico y caos en la población debe detenerse, para que la gente viva en calma, dijo Chávez.

Lo importante nuevamente es mantener la calma, esta pandemia ya nos está afectando a todos sigamos las medidas preventivas y evítennos su propagación.
