La serie dará inicio en Estelí a las 6 de la tarde y se trasladará sábado y domingo a la capital.

Este viernes 8 de mayo da inicio el cuarto fin de semana de la Segunda Vuelta del Campeonato German Pomares Ordoñez 2020 que nos trae atractivas series como las que protagonizaran Estelí vs Bóer, Dantos vs Matagalpa y Jinotega vs Chontales.

Estelí vs Bóer

Norteños y capitalinos serán protagonistas de reñida serie en la que se disputan la cima en la tabla de posiciones de la esta Segunda Vuelta. Estelí luego de ganarle la serie a Masaya mejoró su balance a 7-2 para apoderarse del liderato aprovechando el descalabro del Bóer [1-2] frente a Jinotega, quedando con balance de 6-3 en segunda posición junto a la Costa Caribe.

Estelí dominó la serie particular en la primera etapa del Pomares 2020 4-2 ante el Bóer. 39-29 favorece desde 2009 la serie particular a “La Tribu.” Esta serie enfrentará a la mejor ofensiva de la temporada que la ostenta el Bóer con un colectivo de .320 ante Estelí que figura como el tercer mejor pitcheo colectivo con efectividad de 3.59.

Chontales vs Jinotega

Jinotega protagonizó impactantes remontadas el pasado fin de semana castigando al bullpen del Bóer para arrebatarles par de victorias a los capitalinos. Por su parte los Toros de Chontales perdieron su serie (2-1) ante Matagalpa a quienes noquearon en el tercer encuentro para librarse de la barrida. Chontales con Sandy Bermúdez actual líder de bateo, figura como la segunda mejor ofensiva colectiva (.313) harán frente a la rotación de las Brumas compuesta por Elias Gutiérrez, Luis Castellón y Sheyder García

Desde 2009 Chontales saca mínima ventaja ante Jinotega. 26-24 favorece a los Toros la serie. En 2019 los jinoteganos sacaron la escoba. Será la primera vez que se crucen en este 2020. La serie darán inicio a las 6 de la tarde en Jinotega, mientras que los juegos 2 y 3 se disputarán en Juigalpa.

Matagalpa vs Dantos

Los de la Perla del Septentrión se han convertido en el verdadero némesis de la Maquinaria Roja en esta nueva etapa de los Pomares. Matagalpa (4-5) se encuentra a 1 juego de los Dantos (5-4) después de barrer a los Toros de Chontales el pasado fin de semana. Los Dantos por su parte son quintos en la clasificación general después de sudar la gota gorda para vencer a Carazo en su serie 2-1

21-14 favorece la serie a los Indígenas de Matagalpa desde el 2009. Fue hasta 2019 que los Dantos lograron ganar seria a los norteños al propinarles barrida (3-0) cinco series han ganado los matagalpinos de un total de 9 series jugadas. La serie dará inicio a las 6 pm en el Estadio Nacional y se trasladará sábado y domingo al Chale Solís.

Chinandega vs Rivas

Tigres de Chinandega y Frente Sur Rivas no la pasaron bien el pasado fin de semana al ser barridos en sus series ante la Costa Caribe y Nueva Segovia respectivamente. Los Tigres no pudieron ante el team caribeño que después de blanquearlos (0-4) en el primer encuentro, les remontó los juegos 2 y 3 para culminar la barrida. El Frente Sur fue sorprendido por Nueva Segovia que les barrió siendo víctimas de 3 remontadas, los sureños otorgaron 21 bases por bolas ante los segovianos quienes en el tercer encuentro los dejaron tendidos con base por bolas.

Rivas domina la serie particular 21-39 sobre los occidentales quienes han perdido 5 series en fila desde 2017. Esta temporada en el Grupo C, Rivas se adjudicó la serie en la primera vuelta 5-1 con barrida en su segundo cruce.

Costa Caribe vs Masaya

Con la barrida propinada a los Tigres, la Costa Caribe escaló hasta la segunda plaza donde se encuentra empatada con el Bóer [6-3] los caribeños son comandados ofensivamente por Dwight Britton y por el refuerzo Jonathan Loáisiga quien desde su arribo batea como refuerzo .481 y de manera general es el tercer mejor bateador del campeonato con .416 y segundo en cuadrangulares con 10. Masaya sucumbió 1-2 ante Estelí. Los dirigidos por Norman Cardoze con Fidencio Flores en la lomita garantizaron el único triunfo en la serie (3-2)

La Costa Caribe domina la serie particular 42-26 y no pierde serie ante los masayas desde la primera vuelta del Pomares 2014. La serie se jugará en el Estadio Duncan Campbell de Bonanza.

Nueva Segovia vs Carazo

Los segovianos se encargaron de torcer los pronósticos adversos el pasado fin de semana al propinarles barrida al Frente Sur Rivas. Pese a la falta de bateo en el clutch, los segovianos supieron sacar provecho al descontrol del bullpen sureño para mejorar su balance a 5-4 y ubicarse sextos en la tabla. Carazo por su parte logró sumar su primera victoria de la temporada al castigar a Carlos Téller y pese a perder la serie 1-2 hicieron deslucir al poderío ofensivos de los Dantos quienes ganaron por apretados marcadores 3-1 y 2-1 este último en muerte súbita.

Carazo es amplio dominador de la serie particular desde 2011 cuando aparecieron los segovianos en el Pomares. 29-4 favorece a los cafeteros la serie en la que han propinado 5 barridas en 9 series. Nueva Segovia busca ganar serie por primera vez a los caraceños. La serie iniciará en el Estadio Glorias del Béisbol el viernes en Ocotal y se trasladará al Pedro Selva, sábado y domingo.

Fourth weekend of the second round of the pomares 2020 with hard-fought series

Matagalpa vs Dantos

Those of the Pearl of the North have become the true nemesis of the Red Machinery in this new stage of the Pomares. Matagalpa (4-5) is 1 game behind the Dantos (5-4) after sweeping the Toros de Chontales last weekend. The Dantos for their part are fifth in the general classification after sweating the fat drop to beat Carazo in their series 2-1

21-14 favors the series to the Matagalpa Indians since 2009. It was until 2019 that the Dantos managed to win the northerners seriously by giving them a sweep (3-0). Five series have been won by the Matagalpinos out of a total of 9 series played. The series will start at 6 pm at the National Stadium and will move to Chale Solís on Saturday and Sunday.

Chinandega vs Rivas

Tigres de Chinandega and Frente Sur Rivas did not have a good time last weekend when they were swept in their series against the Caribbean Coast and Nueva Segovia respectively. The Tigers could not before the Caribbean team that after blanching them (0-4) in the first game, they traced games 2 and 3 to complete the sweep. The Southern Front was surprised by Nueva Segovia that swept them away as victims of 3 comebacks, the Southerners awarded 21 bases on balls before the Segovianos who in the third game left them stretched out with a base on balls.

Rivas dominates the particular series 21-39 over Westerners who have lost 5 series in a row since 2017. This season in Group C, Rivas claimed the series on the first lap 5-1 with a sweep at their second crossover.

Caribbean Coast vs Masaya

Nueva Segovia vs Carazo

The Segovians were in charge of twisting the adverse forecasts last weekend by giving them a sweep to the Rivas South Front.
