Hoy quiero pedirles a todos y todas que incrementemos nuestras medidas de prevención frente a ala COVID 19, porque ya lo tenemos en el país, en la región y en nuestro entorno, no podíamos evitar que esto legara a nuestras vidas.

Por eso en este escrito quiero hacer un llamado a la reflexión para que juntos hagamos lo que está en nuestras manos para prevenir esta pandemia y evitar el contagio.

LA COVID 19 no anda volando, pero puede quedar en algo y si lo tocamos con nuestras manos y nos la llevamos a la cara entra a nuestro cuerpo por la boca, nariz y los ojos, por eso debemos lavarnos las manos con agua y jabón ese es el mejor remedio en este momento.

Otros especialistas nos han hablado de la fortaleza que tenemos algunos seres humanos porque nuestro cuerpo ha sido hecho por Dios para reaccionar de forma natural frente a los microbios, bacterias y los virus, y cuando el virus llegue a estos cuerpos resistentes y que lo rechacen entonces se detendrá esta pandemia.

Otros han tomado la decisión de tomar té de eucalipto, jengibre, limón, manzanillas para fortalecer el sistema inmunológico y eso ha disparado los precios de estos productos.

Todo lo que hagamos para bien de nuestras familias sea bienvenido, lo que no podemos hacer en estos tiempos es estresarnos, es tener miedo, es caer en pánico, porque en las redes circula mucha información falsa, frente a eso busquemos información confiable.

Porque hay muchas personas que quieren ver este país con miles de muertos, cuando la realidad nuestros héroes anónimos como son todo el personal de salud, que están en primera fila combatiendo la COVID-19.

Oremos por las familias que tienen enfermos de COVID 19, oremos por los enfermos de COVID para que se recuperen, oremos por los que tuvieron que despedirse de su ser querido sin poder darles una noche de vela como estamos acostumbrados.

Oremos por los que están caminando por las calles y no presentan síntomas, pero están contagiados para que no sigan contagiando más personas, oremos por toda la humanidad para que juntos podamos vencer a la COVID 19.

Incrementemos las medidas de prevención y sobre todo el lavado de manos nos va a poner en una situación de mayor seguridad.

Prevention measures must be increased against COVID 19

Today I want to ask all of us to increase our prevention measures against COVID 19, because we already have it in the country, in the region and in our environment, we could not prevent this from leaving our lives.

That is why in this writing I want to call for reflection so that together we can do what is in our hands to prevent this pandemic and avoid contagion.

LA COVID 19 does not fly, but it can be something and if we touch it with our hands and bring it to our faces, it enters our body through our mouth, nose and eyes, that is why we must wash our hands with soap and water. it is the best remedy at the moment.

Other specialists have told us about the strength that some human beings have because our body has been made by God to react naturally against microbes, bacteria and viruses, and when the virus reaches these resistant bodies and they reject it then this pandemic will stop.

Others have made the decision to take eucalyptus, ginger, lemon, and chamomile tea to strengthen the immune system and this has triggered the prices of these products.

Everything we do for the good of our families is welcome, what we cannot do in these times is stress, is to be afraid, is to panic, because in the networks a lot of false information circulates, in front of that we look for reliable information.

Because there are many people who want to see this country with thousands of dead, when in reality our anonymous heroes, such as all the health personnel, who are in the forefront fighting COVID-19.

Let us pray for the families who are sick with COVID 19, let us pray for the sick with COVID so that they recover, let us pray for those who had to say goodbye to their loved one without being able to give them a night of sailing as we are used to.

Pray for those who are walking the streets and do not have symptoms, but they are infected so that they do not continue to infect more people, we pray for all humanity so that together we can beat COVID 19.

Let’s increase prevention measures and especially hand washing will put us in a more secure situation.
