Entregan títulos de propiedad en el reparto Olivero de Siuna

El Gobierno de Nicaragua por medio de la procuraduría General de la Republica entrego 100 títulos de propiedad y 96 documentos de solvencias a protagonistas del reparto Olivero de Siuna, Caribe Norte.

Adolfo José Mayorga, delegado departamental de la Procuraduría General de la Republica en el Triángulo Minero, dijo que el titulo trae muchos beneficios y por orientación del presidente de Nicaragua Daniel Ortega y la Vicepresidenta Rosario Murillo Zambrana, están entregando los títulos de propiedad a 100 protagonistas del reparto Olivero de Siuna.

“A través de un título de propiedad, se logra establecer su derecho de propiedad, donde quedan establecidos el área de sus parcelas y los linderos de su propiedad” afirmo el delegado de la Procuraduría General de la Republica en el Triángulo Minero.

Los protagonistas del programa que busca asegurar la propiedad de las familias de la costa Caribe Norte reconocen al Gobierno de Nicaragua como el único que ha hecho posible este sueño de cada familia.

“Yo me doy gracias a Daniel Ortega porque es el único que se ha preocupado por entregar un título en nuestras manos ningún Gobierno lo ha hecho solo él, la compañera Rosario Murillo, ella también se ha preocupado por nosotras las mujeres” afirmo Yolanda Urbina una de las protagonistas del programa gubernamental.

Urbina dijo que está muy agradecida por que el día que ella muera va a poder heredar la propiedad a sus hijos sin ningún problema.

Sandra Gonzales otra protagonista feliz del programa de titulación, dijo que está muy contenta con el comandante Daniel Ortega, por hacer realidad este sueño de su familia.

Solo un Gobierno con conciencia social y justicia hace posible la entrega de los títulos de propiedad y la restitución de derechos de la población costeña.

Solamente con este Gobierno es posible tener el derecho restituido como es la seguridad jurídica de nuestra propiedad, así lo expreso Noel Espinoza secretario político del FSLN en Siuna.

Espinoza dijo que se le había negado al pueblo costeño la oportunidad de tener un título de propiedad, y es la seguridad jurídica de las viviendas de cada uno de nosotros y del bien familiar.

«I thank Daniel Ortega because he is the only one who has been concerned about handing over a degree in our hands, no government has done it alone, comrade Rosario Murillo, she has also been concerned about us women,» affirmed Yolanda Urbina one of the protagonists of the government program.

Urbina said that she is very grateful that the day she dies she will be able to inherit the property to her children without any problem.

Sandra Gonzales, another happy protagonist of the degree program, said that she is very happy with Commander Daniel Ortega, for making this dream of his family come true.

Only a government with social conscience and justice makes possible the delivery of property titles and the restitution of rights of the coastal population.

Only with this government is it possible to have the right restored, such as the legal security of our property, as stated by Noel Espinoza, political secretary of the FSLN in Siuna.

Espinoza said that the coastal people had been denied the opportunity to have a property title, and that is the legal security of the homes of each one of us and of the family property.
