Conflicto en finca la Filadelfia en el Almendro sufren por despojos

Familias que habitan en la finca la Filadelfia ubicado en el Municipio del Almendro fueron despojados de sus   champas y casas por personas desconocidas.

Con mucha preocupación las familias que habitan en la finca la Filadelfia fueron despojados de sus champas las que tenían ubicadas dentro de la circunscripción de la propiedad quienes argumentan que tienen más de 15 años de vivir en el sitio, y hoy personas desconocidas quieren arrebatarles sus derechos.

Los afectados han venido luchando para organizarse y han logrado hacer una cooperativa que lleva el nombre de Hilario Sánchez logrando de esta forma ser beneficiados muchos de ellos con los programas usura cero, bono de la vaca, también con inseminación en cerdas y ganados y también les fue entregado el bono para establecer galera para ordeño.

Elda Marín López Morales de la cooperativa Hilario Sánchez   dijo que ella  nunca se imaginó que  después de tantos años de estar en paz en  esa propiedad   iban a llegar personas desconocidas  y armadas con machetes  y armas de fuego a intimidar manifestándole que tenías que entregar el terreno que  ha tomado posesión por muchos años , mi champa me la votaron y me amenazaron que tenía que salir de inmediato porque  eso no me pertenecía y nosotros no tenemos donde irnos con nuestros hijos estamos con miedo que  hasta nos vayan a quitar la vida ..

Venancio Ramón Solís otra de las afectadas  dijo que las personas desconocidas en la finca andan haciendo y deshaciendo talando árboles,  dañando lo que es la flora y la fauna por lo que pedimos a las autoridades competente por favor  hagan uso de las leyes competente   para  evitar mayores daño  y evitar algún conflicto entre ellos y nosotros le pedimos y suplicamos a nuestro buen gobierno que por favor  vengan a darle solución a este problema , porque somos personas de paz y  no queremos conflicto entre nosotros los mismos compañeros.

Pablo  José Miranda   manifiesta que tiene 18 años de habitar en ese lugar  dice que él  y sus   vecinos  llegaron  a ese lugar  por otras personas que los ubicaron en esa propiedad  que le pertenece al estado, y por no poseer dinero ni tierras para trabajar los ubicaron e n ese lugar, pero después de un año están sufriendo hostigamientos de otras personas  quienes se hacen acompañar del  jefe de la policía del Almendro de nombre Pablo Hernández Tinoco  y el procurador de nombre  Miguel Alvarado quienes han botado viviendas y no sabemos  quiénes lo están mandando a realizar esos desastres  por esa parte estamos preocupados .

Como compañeros hemos ido avanzando por las vías legales ya  nos hemos constituido en una cooperativa  llamada Hilario Sánchez  con más de cien socios activados  queremos la tierra para trabajar, pensamos en el futuro de nuestros hijos , no la queremos para negociar,  sino para producir por esa razón  le pedimos a nuestro buen gobierno que mira por los pobres, y que ha venido restituyendo ese derecho a una vivienda  digna , a  darnos espacio o derecho para trabajar  que  por favor mande  una comisión  y vengan a este municipio para  que agilice la entrega de los títulos , porque esa ha sido la promesa que esta finca será titulada y nosotros como habitantes de muchos años , y constituido legalmente en cooperativa  confiamos  que seremos  quienes nos merecemos este derecho  detallo   Miranda

Venancio Ramón Solís, another of those affected, said that the unknown people on the farm are doing and undoing trees, damaging the flora and fauna, so we ask the competent authorities to please make use of the competent laws to avoid greater damage and avoid any conflict between them and us, we ask and plead with our good government to please come and solve this problem, because we are people of peace and we do not want conflict between us, the same comrades.
