CSE juramentó a Consejos Electorales Departamentales y Regionales
El Consejo Supremo Electoral de la República de Nicaragua, cumpliendo con el Calendario Electoral 2021, juramentó este domingo a los 102 cargos, entre propietarios y suplentes, de los 15 Consejos Electorales Departamentales y 2 Regionales.
La presidenta del CSE, magistrada Brenda Rocha, destacó que de los 17 Consejos Electorales, se han nombrado 9 mujeres como presidentas y 8 hombres como presidentes; y de los 51 cargos de miembros, hay 26 mujeres y 25 hombres.
“Eso es importante señalar porque el día de hoy como Nicaragua estamos haciendo historia, porque hay participación en todos los espacios del 50% donde están participando mujeres e igualmente estamos garantizando con todo este proceso esa transparencia, ese equilibrio de partidario, porque hay representación de los partidos, además garantizando a nuestro pueblo toda la parte del proceso como se tiene que llevar en paz, tranquilidad y armonía”, expresó Rocha.
Por su parte Alberto Dávila, representante de CxL, manifestó que esto es importante ya que son las estructuras que van estar contando los votos en cada departamento, esta es una responsabilidad enorme frente al pueblo de Nicaragua.
El representante legal del FSLN, diputado Edwin Castro, valoró que el calendario electoral se ha venido desarrollando de acuerdo a los tiempos que estable la ley.
Agregó que después se van a proponer los Consejos Electorales Municipales y los que toman posición hoy, serán lo que juramentarán a estos para que asuman sus cargos.
“Hay que estar claro que lo que hacemos las elecciones somos los Partidos Políticos, lo que están aquí hoy son los jueces de esa contienda, por lo tanto, los partidos políticos somos los principales responsables de la conducción correcta de este proceso electoral”, concluyó Castro.
CSE swears in Departmental and Regional Electoral Councils
The Supreme Electoral Council of the Republic of Nicaragua, complying with the Electoral Calendar 2021, swore in this Sunday the 102 positions, between owners and alternates, of the 15 Departmental Electoral Councils and 2 Regional.
The president of the CSE, magistrate Brenda Rocha, highlighted that of the 17 Electoral Councils, 9 women have been appointed as presidents and 8 men as presidents; and of the 51 member positions, there are 26 women and 25 men.
“That is important to point out because today as Nicaragua we are making history, because there is participation in all the spaces of 50% where women are participating and we are also guaranteeing with this entire process that transparency, that balance of supporter, because there is representation the parties, also guaranteeing our people all the part of the process as it has to be carried out in peace, tranquility and harmony ”, said Rocha.
For his part, Alberto Dávila, representative of CxL, said that this is important since they are the structures that will be counting the votes in each department, this is an enormous responsibility towards the people of Nicaragua.
The FSLN’s legal representative, Deputy Edwin Castro, appreciated that the electoral calendar has been developing according to the times established by law.
He added that later the Municipal Electoral Councils will be proposed and those who take a position today will be the ones who will swear to them to assume their positions.
«It must be clear that what we do in the elections are the Political Parties, what are here today are the judges of that contest, therefore, the political parties are the main responsible for the correct conduct of this electoral process,» he concluded Castro.
