Detienen a Félix Maradiaga por actos que atentan contra el país
La Policía Nacional informó mediante una nota de prensa sobre la detención de Félix Alejandro Maradiaga Blandón, para ser investigado por realizar actos que menoscaban la independencia, soberanía, y autodeterminación de Nicaragua.
Asimismo, Maradiaga es señalado de incitar a la injerencia extranjera en los asuntos internos y ejecutar actos de terrorismo y desestabilización en contra de la población nicaragüense.
En el escrito se detalla que el ciudadano demandaba la imposición de sanciones contra el Estado de Nicaragua y sus ciudadanos, lesionando los intereses supremos de la nación, de conformidad con el artículo 1 de la Ley No. 1055 “Ley de Defensa de los Derechos del Pueblo a la Independencia, la Soberanía y Autodeterminación para la Paz”.
La Policía Nacional continuará realizando todas las diligencias investigativas pertinentes y remitirá al investigado a las autoridades competentes para su enjuiciamiento y determinación de las responsabilidades penales.
They arrest Félix Maradiaga for acts that attack the country
The National Police reported through a press release on the arrest of Félix Alejandro Maradiaga Blandón, to be investigated for carrying out acts that undermine the independence, sovereignty, and self-determination of Nicaragua.
Likewise, Maradiaga is accused of inciting foreign interference in internal affairs and carrying out acts of terrorism and destabilization against the Nicaraguan population.
In the brief it is detailed that the citizen demanded the imposition of sanctions against the State of Nicaragua and its citizens, damaging the supreme interests of the nation, in accordance with article 1 of Law No. 1055 «Law for the Defense of the Rights of the People to Independence, Sovereignty and Self-determination for Peace ”.
The National Police will continue to carry out all pertinent investigative procedures and will refer the person under investigation to the competent authorities for prosecution and determination of criminal responsibilities.
