Proyecto cultural cierra con éxito en Bilwi

El centro Integrado de la cultura concluyó esta mañana el proyecto de apoyo de tradiciones para el mañana, por medio de un convenio con el CADPI, concluyeron el proyecto revitalización cultural del pueblo miskito a través de diálogos intergeneracionales sobre los ciclos de vida y de consolidación del canal 22 en Bilwi, Región Autónoma de la Costa Caribe Norte.

En el cierre del proyecto fueron representados, bailes, música en vivo, artesanías, gastronomía regional y más.

Al cierre asistió el coordinador del Gobierno Regional Autónomo Costa Caribe Norte Msc. Carlos Alemán Cunningham, el secretario político municipal Miguel Abella, la Adilia Alemán directora del proyecto CADPI, instituciones que trabajan en temas culturales y protagonistas.

El proyecto tuvo una duración 2 años y medio, en ese periodo fortaleció la identidad de las familias indígenas para preservar y desarrollar su identidad cultural, como eje central para fortalecer el modelo de autonomía regional.

Este proyecto benefició a las familias de las comunidades de Krukira, Tuapi y Lamlaya, y los barrios Waulalaya, Punta Fría, El Cocal, las escuelas Marvin Mitchell e Irma Cajina de Bilwi.

El coordinador del Gobierno Regional anunció que próximamente se estará interviniendo en más colegios y comunidades.

The Integrated Center for Culture concluded this morning the project to support traditions for tomorrow, through an agreement with CADPI, the project for the cultural revitalization of the Miskito people through intergenerational dialogues on life cycles and the consolidation of the project. Canal 22 in Bilwi, Autonomous Region of the North Caribbean Coast.

At the closing of the project, dances, live music, crafts, regional cuisine and more were represented.

The closing was attended by the coordinator of the Autonomous Regional Government Costa Caribe Norte Msc. Carlos Alemán Cunningham, the municipal political secretary Miguel Abella, the Adilia Alemán director of the CADPI project, institutions that work on cultural issues and protagonists.

The project lasted 2 and a half years, in that period it strengthened the identity of indigenous families to preserve and develop their cultural identity, as a central axis to strengthen the regional autonomy model.

This project benefited families from the Krukira, Tuapi and Lamlaya communities, and the Waulalaya, Punta Fría, El Cocal neighborhoods, the Marvin Mitchell and Irma Cajina schools in Bilwi.

The coordinator of the Regional Government announced that soon it will be intervening in more schools and communities.
