MTI pondrá mano dura contra conductores y transportista de la región
El Ministerio de Transporte e Infraestructura anunció hoy que van a poner mano dura con los transportistas de Triangulo Minero, que violen la ley y lleven pasajeros en la canastera del bus lo cual es prohibido, anunció esta tarde Mario Ríos Palacios delegado del Ministerio de Transporte e Infraestructura en el Triángulo Minero.
El funcionario descartó la posibilidad de suspender las concesiones de forma definitiva, pero se aplicarán fuertes multas a los dueños de las concesiones y los conductores serán también sancionados.
“Ya se esta orientando a los inspectores que hay en cada terminal tanto en Siuna, Rosita y Bonanza, para hacer inspección en articulación con la policía de transito para resolver de una vez por todas esta situación que pone en riesgo la vida de los pasajeros” afirmó Ríos Palacios.
El delegado de Transporte dijo que ya la misma población esta enviando fotografías de los transportistas que llevan pasajeros en la canastera y con ello vamos a comenzar a realizar la inspección y aplicar sanciones a los dueños de las concesiones como a los conductores para parar esto.
SE DEBE RESPETAR LA LEY
Yasir Carter, transportistas de Siuna dijo que los transportistas deben respetar la ley y las autoridades, en este caso hemos conversado y consensuado para concientizar sobre el peligro que implica transportar pasajeros en la canastera.
“Muchas veces no entendemos por la vía pasiva y esperamos que se aplique el lay para reaccionar, y todos manejan los riesgos que implica y lo que cuesta una multa que se aplique por lo que estoy de acuerdo que se empiecen a tomar la medida” afirmo el transportista-
El objetivo no es dañar al transportista y mas bien es prevenir que se den hechos lamentables y en eso debemos estar consciente el sector transporte.
El MTI tiene debilidad como institución porque no hay una delegación permanente, no tenemos inspectores que deben estar regulando periódicamente a los transportista colectivo y selectivo y dad esta situación muchas veces los conductores aprovechamos esto.
Yasir considera que es necesario ampliar las rutas para descongestionar la demanda de pasajeros en Bonanza y Rosita, pero se debe hacer tomando en cuenta los mismos transportistas tradicionales para no crear otro problema.
HOMICIDIO IMPRUDENTE
El Comisionado Damián Padilla jefe de la Policía de Tránsito en el Triángulo Minero confirmo que las investigaciones determinaron que Jose Elías Manzanares Mendoza, es el presunto responsable de haber cometido el delito de homicidio Imprudente por accidente de tránsito, y el expediente que contiene las investigaciones fue enviado ya al Ministerio Público para que decida si acusa o no ante los tribunales correspondientes.
En el Triángulo Minero se registran un total de 17 muertos por accidentes de tránsito.

The objective is not to harm the carrier and rather it is to prevent unfortunate events from occurring and the transport sector must be aware of that.
The MTI has a weakness as an institution because there is no permanent delegation, we do not have inspectors who must periodically regulate collective and selective haulers and drivers often take advantage of this situation.
Yasir believes that it is necessary to expand the routes to decongest passenger demand in Bonanza and Rosita, but it must be done taking into account the same traditional carriers so as not to create another problem.
Commissioner Damián Padilla, chief of the Traffic Police in the Mining Triangle, confirmed that the investigations determined that Jose Elías Manzanares Mendoza is allegedly responsible for having committed the crime of reckless homicide by traffic accident, and the file containing the investigations was already sent to the Public Ministry to decide whether or not to accuse before the corresponding courts.
