Titularán comunidad La Fonseca en Kukra Hill
La Procuraduría General de la República en conjunto con la alcaldía de Kukra Hill iniciará la titulación de propiedades en la comunidad La Fonseca, esto con el fin de garantizar seguridad jurídica a las familias.
En una visita y reunión sostenida con familias de la comunidad de la Fonseca una comisión interinstitucional conformada por la PGR y la alcaldía de Kukra Hill se les dio a conocer que están como candidatos para obtener sus títulos de propiedad.
Dicha visita fue conformada por la Procuradora Regional Kenia Watson acompañada de una técnica de la PGR, la alcaldesa Carolina Morgan con una comisión de trabajo donde se les dio a conocer la iniciativa del gobierno.
“El tener su título de propiedad en mano garantizará que nada ni nadie podrá sacar o invadir sus propiedades, así como poder hacer gestiones de préstamos ante cualquier entidad bancaria o financiera para seguir trabajando las tierras en caso que sean áreas de cultivo, pero también los hijos de estas familias tendrán el beneficio de tener un lugar digno y propio donde poder seguir viviendo”, refirieron las autoridades durante el encuentro.
La Fonseca community in Kukra Hill will be the owner
The Office of the Attorney General of the Republic in conjunction with the Kukra Hill mayor’s office will initiate the titling of properties in the La Fonseca community, this in order to guarantee legal security for families.
In a visit and meeting held with families from the Fonseca community, an inter-institutional commission made up of the PGR and the Kukra Hill mayor’s office made it known that they are candidates to obtain their property titles.
Said visit was made by the Kenia Watson Regional Attorney, accompanied by a PGR technician, Mayor Carolina Morgan with a working commission where they were made aware of the government initiative.
«Having your property title in hand will guarantee that nothing and nobody will be able to take out or invade your properties, as well as being able to make loans with any bank or financial entity to continue working the lands in case they are cultivated areas, but also the children of these families will have the benefit of having a decent and proper place where they can continue to live ”, the authorities said during the meeting.
