Realizan festival Municipal gastronómico «Sabores de mi patria » en Nueva Guinea

La Alcaldía Municipal de Nueva Guinea, Intur, el MEFCCA, y el Inatec realizaron el fin de semana el Festival Municipal Gastronómico «Sabores de mi patria » en el mercado campesino.
En este concurso participaron seis mujeres emprendedoras con platillos típicos como chancho con yuca, indio viejo, nacatamal, vigoroso, sopa de Mondongo y enchiladas.
Sabor, aroma, presentación del platillo e ingredientes tradicionales utilizados, fueron los parámetros evaluados en este concurso que tiene como fin rescatar nuestros platillos y bebidas típicas.
Al final el jurado determinó que Pascuala Luna quien preparó la riquísima sopa de mondongo fue la que ganó el primer lugar, segundo lugar Maritza Laguna con un chancho con yuca, y tercer lugar Amparo Amador con un vaho.
Los premios entregados consistieron en C$ 2, mil córdobas primer lugar, segundo lugar C$ 1, 500 y el tercer lugar C$ 1 mil córdobas.

The Municipal Mayor’s Office of Nueva Guinea, Intur, the MEFCCA, and the Inatec held the “Sabores de mi patria” Municipal Gastronomic Festival at the peasant market over the weekend.
In this contest, six enterprising women participated with typical dishes such as pork with yucca, old Indian, nacatamal, vigoroso, Mondongo soup and enchiladas.
Flavor, aroma, presentation of the dish and traditional ingredients used, were the parameters evaluated in this contest that aims to rescue our typical dishes and drinks.
In the end, the jury determined that Pascuala Luna, who prepared the delicious tripe soup, was the one who won first place, second place Maritza Laguna with a pig with yucca, and third place Amparo Amador with a steam.
The prizes awarded consisted of C $ 2, thousand córdobas first place, second place C $ 1,500 and third place C $ 1 thousand córdobas.
