Rosquillas «el buen sabor » un emprendimiento familiar en Nueva Guinea
En la Colonia San Juan que se ubica a unos cinco kilómetros carretera hacia Managua, en Nueva Guinea, está ubicado el emprendimiento de rosquillas el “buen sabor” madre, hija y nieta son las principales protagonistas que desde horas tempranas preparan los ornados que son muy cotizados y saboreados por los habitantes de la zona y de otros puntos del país
El sabor y el buen gusto con los que preparan las rosquillas doña Celebra Aguilar Rodríguez, su hija Raquel Zeledón y nietas es la que las han identificado con su emprendimiento que lo hacen desde tiempos atrás. No tienen un elevado precio, pero un buen gusto y sabor único.
LA CONSTANTE HAN LOGRADO ALCANZAR El ÉXITO.
A veces no todos los tiempos son los mejores, pero siempre estamos trabajando en equipo y no nos desanimarnos gracias a Dios siempre vendemos nuestros ornados.
El trabajo inicia desde horas muy tempranas para preparar la masa y los ingredientes para la elaboración de las riquísimas Rosquillas, las viejitas, empanadas que tienen un sabor muy especial siempre nos gusta dar lo mejor para que nuestra clientela esté satisfecha.
El oficio lo hacen desde hace un aproximado de 20 años, vinieron a estas tierras procedente de Estelí y las ganas de salir y luchar por algo mejor emigraron a estas tierras agrícolas, que con mucho esfuerzo y después de andar posando logro con su esposo comprar donde habita y tiene instalado el negocio.
La idea de hacer las rosquillas fue cuando se presentaron dificultades para criar a mis hijos y salir adelante, y gracias a Dios lo logramos primeramente inicie con 20 libras y luego se fue aumentando.
Las gracias a Dios que nunca nos ha desamparado y al comandante y presidente Daniel Ortega Saavedra que está promoviendo estos espacios y también apoyándonos con créditos para continuar trabajando gracias al Ministerio de Economía Familiar Mefcca, que nos orientó y nos dio la oportunidad para un préstamo.
RELEVO GENERACIONAL
Para doña Aguilar Rodríguez su hija y nieta son su brazo derecho la que les ha inculcado el trabajo honrado la que logró criar y profesionalizar a sus hijos.
Raquel Zeledón dijo, que se siente muy orgullosa de haber aprendido el oficio, me gusta trabajar, y salir adelante, quien agradeció al gobierno por los programas sociales en beneficio de los más pobres .
