Ya no hay desplazados de Sagnilaya, todos disidieron retornar a sus comunidades por que la situación del tensionamiento ha bajado en las comunidades, solo quedaron algunos ancianos enfermos así lo dio a conocer Juan Carlos Ocampo originario de la comunidad de Butku del territorio Yahbra Twi.

“La mayor parten de la gente ya se regresó y yo he estado con una situación familiar, intente que la gente de Sagnilaya hiciera un censo y no lo hicieron bien, para tener números estadísticos generales y no se hizo bien y preferimos descartarlos” afirmó Ocampo.

Ocampo señalo que en algunos medios se ha hablado de una 30 a 40 familias desplazadas que comenzaron a llegar de Sagnilaya en las rutas, donde él tomó fotos y videos así como entrevistas que no publicó además  todo ese material fue quitado de las redes porque los líderes comunitarios andaban en la Policía Nacional y en el Gobierno Regional haciendo gestiones y  no quería que esos videos en las redes sociales afectaran las gestiones de la comunidad.

TRES INTENTOS DE INVASIÓN

Ocampo señalo que Sagnniyala ha tenido varios intentos de invasión a su territorio desde el 2009,  la comunidad ha logrado sacar en tres ocasiones a los colonos, en el 2009, 2011 y 2014, y en el 2015 Fesly Janes autorizó a 50 familias, en la tierra de los excombatientes y al final eso fue en la tierra de la comunidad.

“Desde ese momento nosotros, yo soy de ese territorio de Butko, mi mama es fundadora de la comunidad de Sagnilaya y todo lo que pasa allí lo conozco bien, soy hijo de esas comunidad y nosotros intentamos un proceso donde se consultara a la comunidad que se respetara la ley 445 que la asamblea comunitaria es la máxima autoridad” afirmo Ocampo.

Juan Carlos Ocampo dijo que una persona por mucho que tenga un cargo grande no puede tomar decisiones por un montón de gente, porque el día de mañana no va a resolverles los problemas a toda esa gente pues, además los cargo políticos son temporales y no podes tomar decisiones que van a generar situaciones negativas de largo plazo.

“Las invasiones han comenzado desde el 2015, 2016 y 2017, yo estado acompañando a las comunidades, estuve fuera de Nicaragua estudiando, trabajando en México y Europa y regrese con dinero ahorrado y empecé a poner dinero de mi bolsa en esa lucha y comenzaron a decir que yo está tenía dinero de otra gente para justificar” afirmo Ocampo.

Sobre los desplazados Ocampo dijo que o estaba al tanto de todo eso, hasta que la gente desplazada llego a Puerto Cabezas y lo llamaron los líderes que por favor buscara algo para ayudar porque la gente estaba en situaciones precarias, además dijo que él no tiene ningún proyecto y con amigos ayudaron a la gente.

“Si le dimos comida unas dos veces y lo que dice ahora Fesly está fuera de lugar, y el solo dice eso para atacar mi liderazgo porque saben que los estaban haciendo las cosas como no se deben yo estoy en las comunidades” afirmó Ocampo.

Juan Carlos Ocampo señalo que ellos quieren hacer que la gente deje de confiar en su liderazgo con la estrategia de matar moralmente al mensajero estrategia que conoce muy bien.

Juan Carlos dijo que si estuvieran en un estado de derecho él  pone una denuncia en el sistema de justicia para que le demuestre todo lo que dijo  pero no va a perder tiempo en eso,

“Hay otra gente que me llamo y me pregunto y les explique y hay varias organizaciones que me pidieron sacar un comunicado conjunto pero en todo caso yo no he promovido una invasión y hay gente que se aprovecha del sistema para atacarme y ese es el riesgo y sé que ese es el riesgo” concluyó Ocampo.

«Most of the people have already returned and I have been with a family situation, I tried to get the people of Sagnilaya to do a census and they did not do it well, to have general statistical numbers and it was not done well and we prefer to discard them» said Ocampo .

Ocampo pointed out that in some media there has been talk of 30 to 40 displaced families that began to arrive from Sagnilaya on the routes, where he took photos and videos as well as interviews that he did not publish, and all that material was removed from the networks because the leaders Community members were in the National Police and in the Regional Government taking steps and did not want those videos on social networks to affect the community’s efforts.

THREE INVASION ATTEMPTS

Ocampo pointed out that Sagnniyala has had several attempts to invade its territory since 2009, the community has managed to remove the settlers three times, in 2009, 2011 and 2014, and in 2015 Fesly Janes authorized 50 families, in the land of the ex-combatants and in the end that was in the land of the community.

Juan Carlos Ocampo said that no matter how much a person has a large position, he cannot make decisions for a lot of people, because tomorrow he will not solve the problems for all those people because, in addition, political positions are temporary and you cannot make decisions that will generate long-term negative situations.

“The invasions have started since 2015, 2016 and 2017, I have been accompanying the communities, I was outside of Nicaragua studying, working in Mexico and Europe and I returned with money saved and I began to put money from my purse in that fight and they began to to say that I had money from other people to justify, ”affirmed Ocampo.

Regarding the displaced, Ocampo said that he was aware of all this, until the displaced people arrived in Puerto Cabezas and the leaders called him to please look for something to help because the people were in precarious situations, he also said that he does not have any project and with friends they helped people.

«If we gave him food two times and what Fesly says now is out of place, and he only says that to attack my leadership because they know they were doing things the wrong way, I am in the communities,» said Ocampo.

Juan Carlos Ocampo pointed out that they want to make people stop trusting their leadership with the strategy of morally killing the messenger, a strategy that they know very well.

Juan Carlos said that if they were in a state of law, he would file a complaint with the justice system to show him everything he said, but he will not waste time on that.

“There are other people who called me and asked me and explained to them and there are several organizations that asked me to make a joint statement but in any case I have not promoted an invasion and there are people who take advantage of the system to attack me and that is the risk and I know that is the risk ”, concluded Ocampo.
