Nueva sucursal INE en Bluefields

Con el objetivo de velar por el cumplimiento de las leyes y reglamentos del sector energético que contribuya a la estabilidad social, inauguraron la primera sucursal del Instituto Nicaragüense de Energía Ente Regulador (INE) a nivel regional, en Bluefields, Región Autónoma de la Costa Caribe Sur. .

INE pretende mediante una articulación de trabajo con otras instituciones que tengan que ver con energía eléctrica y distribuidora de hidrocarburos realizar las debidas regulaciones, siempre en beneficio a la población, brindándole una atención de calidad y calidez en sus demandas sobre al sector energético.

Gustavo Ramírez, miembro del consejo de dirección INE, indicó que » La idea de esta sucursal, es darle un acompañamiento al usuario y que puedan conocer todos sus derechos, venir a las oficinas y nosotros vamos hacer inspecciones desde sus hogares y mejorar todas las condiciones eléctricas que pueda tener la población y que ellos entiendan que INE, vino aquí para fortalecer y darle un acompañamiento adecuado a sus demandas».

Rubén López, coordinador del Gobierno regional Autónomo de la Costa Caribe Sur afirmo que «esto significa para nuestra población un gran alivio, porque ahora van a tener donde ir a plantear sus quejas.

Esto sin duda alguna viene a contribuir de manera muy significativa a la restitución de sus derechos como usuarios a los servicios energéticos.

La nueva Sucursal INE cuentan con un equipo de trabajo, que brindará respuesta a lo inmediato a todo aquel que llegue hace uso de este servicio, todos los procesos serán ágiles con un horario de 8:00AM 5:00PM.
