Entregan sitio para la construcción de instalaciones de MARENA en Bilwi
La tarde de este martes el Gobierno de Nicaragua en Bilwi, entregó sitio para la construcción del edificio donde funcionará la delegación departamental del Ministerio del Ambiente y Recursos Naturales (MARENA)
El acto contó con la participación de la compañera Sumaya Castillo, ministra del MARENA, acompañada de las autoridades regionales y familias de la circunscripción 07, en donde se construye esta obra.
Cabe señalar que en Puerto Cabezas se reabrirá la delegación, ya que actualmente solo existe una extensión de la delegación ubicada en el Triángulo Minero.
La Ministra del MARENA señaló que «una vez más el Comandante Daniel y la compañera Rosario preocupados por el cuido y resguardo de nuestra madre naturaleza, nuestra casa común, el día de hoy hacemos historia».
MARENA al cuido del ambiente en Bilwi
«Estamos poniendo la primera piedra de la nueva delegación del MARENA en Puerto Cabezas, con una inversión que supera los 9 millones de córdobas con un diseño que permita el fortalecimiento de los valores de educación ambiental. Para tener ese acercamiento con los niños, niñas, chavalos y chavalas con esa unidad cultural, esa diversidad de cultura donde todo estemos unidos”; enfatizó la ministra.
Para los territorios indígenas de este departamento, tener una delegación del MARENA es fortalecer el cuido de los recursos naturales, quienes afirmaron trabajar coordinadamente.
Así mismo Ronald Witingham, presidente del gobierno territorial Karata, expresó que «como gobierno territorial de Karata veo muy buena la iniciativa del Gobierno. Nosotros somos los que acudimos a esta instancia por denuncias sobre la contaminación del medio ambiente y a veces no sabemos a quién acudir. Por eso es una buena iniciativa”.
Por su parte el coordinador de Gobierno del Caribe Norte, Carlos Alemán, agregó que “viene a fortalecer la capacidad institucional de seguimiento a todo el tema ambiental en coordinación con la región; los municipios, los territorios indígenas, las comunidades. Recordemos que nosotros tenemos varias áreas protegidas; todo el tema de permisología que es importantísimo darle seguimiento”.
Cabe recalcar que son más de 9 millones de córdobas que se estarán invirtiendo en esta obra y será concluido en el mes de diciembre.
Site is delivered for the construction of MARENA facilities in Bilwi
On Tuesday afternoon, the Nicaraguan Government in Bilwi delivered a site for the construction of the building where the departmental delegation of the Ministry of the Environment and Natural Resources (MARENA) will operate.
The event was attended by comrade Sumaya Castillo, Minister of MARENA, accompanied by regional authorities and families from constituency 07, where this work is being built.
It should be noted that in Puerto Cabezas the delegation will be reopened, since currently there is only one extension of the delegation located in the Mining Triangle.
The MARENA Minister pointed out that «once again Commander Daniel and companion Rosario are concerned about the care and protection of our mother nature, our common home, today we make history.»
MARENA caring for the environment in Bilwi
«We are laying the first stone of the new MARENA delegation in Puerto Cabezas, with an investment that exceeds 9 million cordobas with a design that allows the strengthening of environmental education values. To have that approach with boys, girls, boys and girls with that cultural unity, that diversity of culture where we are all united ”; emphasized the minister.

For his part, the coordinator of the Government of the North Caribbean, Carlos Alemán, added that “it comes to strengthen the institutional capacity to monitor the entire environmental issue in coordination with the region; municipalities, indigenous territories, communities. Let’s remember that we have several protected areas; the whole issue of permissiveness, which is very important to follow up ”.
It should be noted that there are more than 9 million córdobas that will be invested in this work and it will be concluded in December.
