Criminal admitió que mató a dos mujeres y violó a una de sus víctimas de forma cobarde

El hombre mas buscado por la interpol y la Policía Nacional de Nicaragua Wilmer Antonio Gonzales Méndez, acusado de matar a su tía y jefa Luz Maritza Gonzáles Valle y Diagnnie Dayiris Boniche Gonzales prima, en la comarca Kurinwasito, jurisdicción de Mulukuku, admitió la acusación presentada por el Ministerio Publico en una audiencia realizada en el complejo judicial de Siuna en el Triángulo Minero.

La acusación presentada ante la juez especializada en violencia Dra. Yazohara Zamora Rivera establece que el acusado era un hombre de confianza por que era sobrino y además el mandador de la finca San Jerónimo.

La acusación establece que el 21 de julio el acusado en compañía de la víctima se trasladó hacia la montaña la esperanza de la misma finca a unos tres kilómetros de la casa donde vivía, al llegar el acusado saco un arma y la agredió por la espalda impactando cuatro balazos uno en el cuello y tres en la espalda, causando graves lesiones que le ocasionaron la muerte a Luz Maritza Gonzales Valle.

La acusación presentada por Cesar Calonge, fiscal auxiliar, señala que el criminal después de matar a su tía regreso a la casa de la finca, allí la hija de la victima Diagnnie Dayiris Boniche Gonzales no se encontraba y represó a casa a las nueve de la mañana, pero a eso de las once de la mañana del mismo día usando la misma arma ilegal con que mato a Luz Maritza, la intimido, la obligó a desnudarse, la violó y luego con un cable de teléfono celular la asfixio y luego huyo con dirección a Siuna.

Wilmer Antonio Gonzales Méndez admitió los hechos que le acusa el Ministerio Publico, aunque la defensoría publica pidió que la admisión se haría sin los medios de comunicación.

“No tengo fuerzas para poder expresar tanto dolor que embarga mi corazón, pero quiero agradecer a las autoridades de Nicaragua por su arduo trabajo y dedicación en este trágico caso, que ha conmovido no solo a nicaragua sino que trascendió fronteras, se que no abran años en el que el podrá pagar lo que nos hizo, arrebatarnos a las dos mujeres mas importantes de nuestras vidas, de la forma mas vil y cruel, nadie merece pasar por la que ellas pasaron, en sus últimos momentos, y nosotros que estamos aquí en vida no merecemos ¿ni merecíamos vivir esta pesadilla, jamás voy a comprender el actuar, de ese señor después de tanto amor, de tanto apoyo y confianza que le brindo mi mamá, y mi hermana, no solo ellas también mi hermano, mi papa e incluso yo, hermano de 15 años que hoy mas que nunca necesita de su madre y de su hermana, sin embargo agradecemos a Dios de que finalmente la Policía haya logrado la captura de Wilmer, mi abuelita, mi papa, yo y los aquí presente, le pedimos a la justicia que se le aplique todo el peso de la ley al señor Wilmer Antonio” así lo expreso Diagnnie Lubianka Boniche Gonzales en la audiencia la hija y hermana de las víctimas.

La judicial Yazohara Zamora Rivera, titular del juzgado especializado en violencia del Triángulo Minero, admitió la acusación, dicto prisión preventiva, y ante la admisión de los hechos convoco a lectura de sentencia el próximo 13 de octubre a las 9:00 am, pero además giro oficio a la psicóloga para que sea revisado el asesino de dos mujeres Wilmer Antonio Gonzales Méndez.
