Bonanza gana concurso departamental sabores de diciembre en Rosita

La joven Darling Medina obtuvo el primer lugar en el concurso que impulsa el Instituto Nicaragüense de Turismo y los Gobiernos Municipales del Triángulo Minero, sabores de diciembre, en el municipio de Rosita, el en Caribe Norte.

Medina gano el concurso con su platillo denominado cerdo al romero navideño, vegetales al horno, con el porte tronco navideño y el vino de Jamaica como una bebida ancestral de los pueblos afrocaribeños.

Rosita la sede se acredito el segundo lugar y las ganadoras fueron Nayeli Chavarría y Bernarda Gradiz, con el platillo lomo relleno, arroz, ensaladas, ensalada fría de remolacha, como postre una trota casera y la bebida el sorril, un vino hecho a base de la flor de Jamaica.

El tercer lugar fue para Maryuri Alcántara del municipio de Siuna con el platillo lomo de cerdo relleno, ensalada mixta de verduras con brócoli, carne ahumada, chorizo chino, postre: pastel y chocolates.

Darling Medina dijo que esta emocionada por que haber llegado a ganar el concurso departamental es un gran logro, ya que en su municipio logro llevarse el primer lugar y ahora el departamental eso la llena de mucha satisfacción y orgullo.

Agradezco a mi familia que me ha apoyado mucho en este concurso, a las autoridades municipales y departamental por promover este tipo de eventos en nuestra región” afirmo la ganadora.

Guillermo Antonio Ríos Palacio, delegado del instituto Nicaragüense de Turismo INTUR dijo que el Gobierno de Nicaragua viene promoviendo este tipo de eventos para promover y recrear la gastronómica nicaragüense en estas fiestas de navidad y año nuevo.

El alcalde de Rosita Fermín Romero Olivero anfitrión del concurso departamental dijo que están cumpliendo con un mandato presidencial de llevar a cabo este tipo de concursos a nivel nacional que viene a rescatar las tradiciones decembrinas de nuestros pueblos en la Costa Caribe y todo el país.

Bonanza wins flavors of December departmental contest in Rosita

The young Darling Medina won first place in the contest promoted by the Nicaraguan Institute of Tourism and the Municipal Governments of the Mining Triangle, flavors of December, in the municipality of Rosita, in the North Caribbean.

Medina won the contest with her dish called Christmas rosemary pork, baked vegetables, with the Christmas trunk bearing and Jamaican wine as an ancestral drink of the Afro-Caribbean peoples.

Rosita the headquarters was credited second place and the winners were Nayeli Chavarría and Bernarda Gradiz, with the dish stuffed loin, rice, salads, cold beet salad, for dessert a homemade jog and the sorril drink, a wine made from the flower of Jamaica.

The third place went to Maryuri Alcántara from the municipality of Siuna with the dish stuffed pork loin, mixed vegetable salad with broccoli, smoked meat, Chinese chorizo, dessert: cake and chocolates.

Darling Medina said that she is excited because having won the department competition is a great achievement, since in her municipality she managed to take first place and now the department that fills her with great satisfaction and pride.

I thank my family who have supported me a lot in this contest, the municipal and departmental authorities for promoting this type of event in our region ”, affirmed the winner.
