Muere de un disparo dirigente de Yatama en Bilwi
Mark Kenny Siu Rivas, secretario del Directorio de Yatama, máximo organo de direccion del partido indígena Yapti Tasba Aslatankanka Masraka, Yatama, murió de un disparo y no se conocen circunstancias ni autores del crimen.
La Policía Nacional en Bilwi, Región Autónoma de la Costa Caribe Norte, investiga el hecho.
Siu Rivas habitaba en el barrio Sandino en Bilwi, donde ocurrió el incidente, fue llevado al hospital pero llegó sin signos vitales.
Diversas versiones indican que Siu Rivas discutió con una persona y posteriormente se disparó.
Dirigentes de Yatama se lamentan en las redes sociales por la pérdida de unos de sus dirigentes destacados de la localidad.
Liza Francis, líder Yatama, señaló en las redes sociales “Nos duele la partida de nuestro amigo y hermano Lic. Mark Rivas, la organización indígena Yatama se encuentra de luto, hemos perdido a un gran hombre a un gran ser humano no encontramos las palabras precisas para definir el dolor que nos causa esta pérdida”.
