Impacto violento deja cuantiosos daños en accidente en Siuna
Un aparatoso accidente de tránsito ocurrido la noche del sábado en las inmediaciones de la finca Las Tres Marías, propiedad de la familia Larios, ha dejado como saldo cuantiosos daños materiales y ha puesto de manifiesto una vez más la importancia de respetar las señales de tránsito.
El percance se produjo en circunstancias que aún están siendo investigadas a fondo por las autoridades de tránsito. Según el testimonio de Adonis Agenis Díaz García, conductor de una camioneta involucrada en el incidente, este se encontraba desplazándose desde Coperna con dirección a Siuna cuando, al llegar al sector de la finca Las Tres Marías, se percató de una motocicleta que circulaba hacia Siuna.
Con la intención de rebasar a la motocicleta, Díaz García inició una maniobra de adelantamiento, pero en ese preciso instante, un camioncito conducido por Elder Antonio Rodríguez, que se dirigía desde Siuna hacia Bonanza, impactó violentamente el costado izquierdo de la camioneta. La fuerza del choque fue tal que arrancó la puerta del vehículo y la incrustó en el lateral del camioncito, el cual transportaba una carga de mercancías con destino a Bonanza.
A consecuencia del impacto, la camioneta quedó atravesada en la vía, obstruyendo el paso y evidenciando la violencia de la colisión. Por su parte, el camioncito se detuvo a unos 60 metros del punto de impacto.
Díaz García ha manifestado a las autoridades que, al percatarse de la motocicleta, intentó evitar una colisión frontal realizando una maniobra evasiva. Sin embargo, la presencia del camioncito, que circulaba en sentido contrario, hizo que el impacto fuera inevitable.
Agentes de la Policía Nacional se presentaron en el lugar de los hechos para realizar las primeras diligencias y levantar el correspondiente informe policial.
Llamado a la prudencia
Este nuevo accidente de tránsito en Siuna sirve como un recordatorio de la importancia de conducir con precaución y respetar las señales de tránsito. Las autoridades hacen un llamado a los conductores a ser responsables y a evitar maniobras imprudentes que puedan poner en riesgo la vida de los demás.
Violent impact leaves extensive damage in an accident in Siuna
A spectacular traffic accident that occurred on Saturday night near the Las Tres Marías farm, owned by the Larios family, has left extensive material damage and has once again highlighted the importance of respecting traffic signs.
The accident occurred in circumstances that are still being thoroughly investigated by traffic authorities. According to the testimony of Adonis Agenis Díaz García, driver of a van involved in the incident, he was traveling from Coperna towards Siuna when, upon reaching the Las Tres Marías farm area, he noticed a motorcycle traveling towards Siuna.
With the intention of overtaking the motorcycle, Díaz García began an overtaking maneuver, but at that precise moment, a small truck driven by Elder Antonio Rodríguez, who was traveling from Siuna towards Bonanza, violently hit the left side of the van. The force of the crash was such that it ripped off the vehicle’s door and embedded it in the side of the small truck, which was transporting a load of merchandise bound for Bonanza.
As a result of the impact, the truck was left across the road, blocking the way and evidencing the violence of the collision. For its part, the small truck stopped about 60 meters from the point of impact.
Díaz García has stated to the authorities that, upon noticing the motorcycle, he tried to avoid a head-on collision by performing an evasive maneuver. However, the presence of the small truck, which was traveling in the opposite direction, made the impact inevitable.
Agents of the National Police arrived at the scene of the incident to carry out the first proceedings and draw up the corresponding police report.

This new traffic accident in Siuna serves as a reminder of the importance of driving with caution and respecting traffic signs. Authorities are calling on drivers to be responsible and avoid reckless maneuvers that could put the lives of others at risk.
