Destinan más de 3 millones de córdobas para el deporte en Costa Caribe
Funcionarios del Instituto Nicaragüense de Deporte, presentaron a los miembros de las diferentes asociaciones deportivas con presencia en la región del Caribe Sur, la ejecución presupuestaria del 10% durante el año 2020-2021.
El licenciado Gustavo Arguello, funcionario de esa institución, informó que se aprobó la cantidad de C$ 3,051,044.84 córdobas para apoyo a eventos regionales deportivos para el año 2022.
Aseguró que este fondo de las federaciones nacionales deportivas viene a oxigenar un poco a las alcaldías en el Caribe Sur quienes se encargan en destinar parte de su presupuesto para apoyar las diferentes disciplinas deportivas.
Argüello dijo que en este caso ahora las alcaldías, además de los fondos con que cuenta para el deporte podrán contar con parte del presupuesto asignado para las diferentes disciplinas deportivas regionales que se desarrollan durante el presente año.
Señaló que en la Costa Caribe Sur cuentan con 14 asociaciones deportivas entre: Fisicoculturismo, Balón Mano, Atletismo, Voleibol, Sófbol, Béisbol, Baloncesto, etc.
En la presentación del presupuesto asignado, estuvo Aránzazu Arana Ríos Presidenta del Consejo Regional de Deporte en el Caribe Sur y Reynaldo Zapata Presidente de la Comisión de Deporte del Consejo Regional Autónomo Costa Caribe Sur.

Officials from the Nicaraguan Sports Institute presented to the members of the different sports associations with a presence in the South Caribbean region, the budget execution of 10% during the year 2020-2021.
Mr. Gustavo Arguello, an official of that institution, reported that the amount of C$ 3,051,044.84 córdobas was approved to support regional sporting events for the year 2022.
He assured that this fund from the national sports federations comes to oxygenate a little to the mayors in the South Caribbean who are in charge of allocating part of their budget to support the different sports disciplines.
Argüello said that in this case now the mayors, in addition to the funds they have for sports, will be able to count on part of the budget allocated for the different regional sports disciplines that take place during this year.
He pointed out that in the South Caribbean Coast they have 14 sports associations between: Bodybuilding, Handball, Athletics, Volleyball, Softball, Baseball, Basketball, etc.
At the presentation of the assigned budget, Aránzazu Arana Ríos, President of the Regional Sports Council in the South Caribbean, and Reynaldo Zapata, President of the Sports Commission of the South Caribbean Coast Autonomous Regional Council, were present.
