Gobierno fortalece cooperativa de mujeres dedicada a la transformación del café en Siuna

El Gobierno de Nicaragua continúa fortaleciendo las cooperativas de mujeres dedicadas a la transformación del café en Siuna, Región Autónoma de la Costa Caribe Norte, con una inversión de un millón 700 mil córdobas.

La ministra del Ministerio de Economía Familiar Cooperativa, Comunitaria y Asociativa MEFCCA, Justa Pérez dijo que el Gobierno continua en victoria inaugurando más obras de progreso como es el área de proceso del café de una cooperativa de mujeres.

La ministra Pérez dijo que las mujeres están llevando a Siuna el café desde Matagalpa donde es procesado empacado y puesto al mercado local y en los municipios cercanos de Siuna.

La ministra Pérez dijo que próximamente las mujeres de la cooperativa estarán instalando un cafetín para que la población pueda disfrutar del café que procesan en Siuna.

José Luis Solórzano delgado presidencial del Triángulo Minero dijo que las mujeres del barrio Miguel Alvarado han venido emprendiendo y el Gobierno la ha apoyado y respaldado con una inversión de 1.7 millones de córdobas.

Kenia Palacios, una de las protagonistas de la cooperativa dijo que están agradecidos con el Gobierno de Nicaragua por el apoyo que les han brindado con los recursos para el emprendimiento que les garantiza ingresos económicos a las familias.

La cooperativista dijo que juntos otro grupo de 10 mujeres más están participando en otro proyecto de carnes que les ha cambiado la vida.

“Estamos muy alegres y contentas por la apertura del nuevo emprendimiento de café, este grupo de mujeres somos la emprendedoras con el apoyo del Gobierno de Nicaragua” afirmó Palacios.

En la cooperativa de hace el tostado del café con un equipo especial, luego de hace la parte del molido en una sola área y de allí a los empaques, para ser puestos en el mercado local.

In the cooperative, the coffee is roasted with a special equipment, then the grinding part is done in a single area and from there to the packaging, to be put on the local market.
