Presentan acusación y piden prisión perpetua para presunto femicida de Rosita
La acusación formal por el delito grave de femicidio en contra de Franklin Fernando Juárez Mayorga, quien mantuvo una relación de violencia con su pareja Jackelin Nohemí Soza Pérez y se presume la agredió hasta provocarle la muerte el 22 de agosto del 2021 en la comunidad de La Luna jurisdicción del Municipio de Rosita, en el Caribe Norte y se dio a la fuga.
La Interpol detuvo al presunto femicida en Belice donde fue expulsado de ese país y enviado a sus pares de Guatemala, para que lo envíen a Honduras y de allí hasta Nicaragua donde es requerido por el juzgado especializado de violencia para enfrentar la acusación por femicidio en su contra.
Este lunes 11 de abril del 2022, la fiscalía presento la acusación por el delito de femicidio en contra del acusado Franklin Fernando Juárez Mayorga de 40 años, quien se presume después de mantener a su pareja bajo violencia finalmente acabo con su vida después de agredirla y propinarle golpes con objeto contundente, finalmente la ahorco y se dio a la fuga.
La acusación presentada por el fiscal Cesar García Calonge por el delito de femicidio donde explica a la titular del juzgado especializada en violencia del Triángulo Minero Jazohara Zamora Rivera, además el titular del ministerio Publico pidió a la judicial aplicar la pena de prisión perpetua revisable, por tratarse de un delito grave que atentaron contra la vida de una mujer.
Franklin Fernando Juárez Mayorga, según la acusación de la fiscalía mantuvo toda una vida de violencia y agresión física a su pareja, al punto que el día en que la mato, la agredió con sus puños y le luego con un objeto contuso, finalmente la ahorco hasta asfixiarla.
La saña con que el agresor, actuó en contra de la mujer es grave, a tal punto que hizo abortar a la mujer que estaba embarazada, luego huyo del lugar y del país.
La titular del juzgado especializado en violencia Jazohara Zamora Rivera, emitió la orden de captura a nivel internacional y la interpol lo ubico en Guatemala y ahora está enfrentando el proceso penal.
La audiencia inicial la judicial admitió la acusación presentada por el ministerio público y mantuvo la prisión preventiva para el acusado.
