Territorio Mayangna Sauni Arungka con un muerto y tres heridos por conflicto de tierras
Un muerto y tres heridos dejo como resultado una emboscada en el que resultaron cuatro heridos, dos mestizos y dos indígenas mayangnas en el territorio Mayangna Sauni Arungka, confirmaron comunitarios de Mukuswas, jurisdicción de Bonanza en el Caribe Norte.
Uno de los comunitarios que prefirió el anonimato por su seguridad, confirmo a Sistema de Noticias del Caribe, que jóvenes mayangnas salieron a sus parcelas como todos los días y fueron emboscados por un grupo de ocho personas armadas que les dispararon y ellos repelieron el ataque dejando un saldo de cuatro heridos, dos mestizos y dos indígenas.
El hecho se dio la mañana de este lunes 10 de mayo en el sector conocido como Wadauwas, o las Quebradas.
Los indígenas señalan a dos presuntos tomatieras que fueron heridos fueron identificados como Maudiel Centeno de 20 años y llevado al hospital de Bonanza donde murió y Yasser Mendoza de 19 años.
En el enfrentamiento también fueron heridos dos indígenas mayangnas uno cuyas iniciales son A. J de 22 años tiene una herida en la cabeza y el otro de iniciales N.M. esta desaparecido, ayer los comunitarios lo buscaron y no lo encontraron según confirmó el comunitario de Mukuswas.
El indígena herido está siendo atendido en la comunidad, ya que tienen temor de llevarlos al hospital, a que lleguen los tomatierras a rematarlo.
Este es el cuatro ataque que sufren las comunidades indígenas del territorio Mayangna Sauni Arungka, por lo que piden a las autoridades mayor protección y seguridad para su territorio.

One dead and three injured resulted in an ambush that resulted in four wounded, two mestizos and two Mayangnas indigenous people in the Mayangna Sauni Arungka territory, confirmed community members of Mukuswas, Bonanza jurisdiction in the North Caribbean.
One of the community members who preferred anonymity for their safety, confirmed to Sistema de Noticias del Caribe that young Mayangnas went out to their plots as every day and were ambushed by a group of eight armed people who shot at them and they repelled the attack, leaving a balance of four wounded, two mestizos and two indigenous.
The event occurred on the morning of Monday, May 10, in the sector known as Wadauwas, or Las Quebradas.
The indigenous people point to two alleged tomatieras who were injured. They were identified as 20-year-old Maudiel Centeno and taken to the Bonanza hospital where he died and 19-year-old Yasser Mendoza.
In the confrontation, two Mayangnan Indians were also injured, one whose initials are A. J, 22 years old, has a head wound and the other with the initials N.M. He is missing, yesterday the community members looked for him and did not find him, as confirmed by the Mukuswas community member.
The wounded indigenous man is being treated in the community, as they are afraid of taking them to the hospital, that the land-grabbers arrive to finish him off.
This is the fourth attack suffered by the indigenous communities of the Mayangna Sauni Arungka territory, for which they ask the authorities for greater protection and security for their territory.
