INETER pronóstica instalación de periodo lluvioso a finales de mayo
En los últimos días del mes de mayo se instalará el período lluvioso, mientras que esta semana el país estará sometido a bajas presiones, así lo informó este lunes Marcio Baca, director de meteorología del INETER.
“Tendremos un poco de influencias desde el Pacífico y por tanto será muy común que miremos mucha nubosidad y seguramente algunas precipitaciones hacia horas de la tarde y en las zonas más altas del país en horas muy tempranas”, agregó.
Detalló que las lluvias incrementarán en las regiones del Caribe Norte y Sur, así como en la zona central del territorio nacional, disminuyendo ligeramente en las zonas del Pacífico y Norte del país.
Las temperaturas en todo el país estarán por el orden de los 35 grados, exceptuando “nuestras zonas más altas donde las temperaturas máximas andarán en los 32 y 33 grados. Los vientos en relativa calma, por tanto, las condiciones para la navegación serán bastante óptimas con olas de 1.5 metros de altura y recomendándole a nuestros pescadores que tomen siempre sus precauciones”.

In the last days of the month of May the rainy period will be installed, while this week the country will be subjected to low pressures, as reported this Monday by Marcio Baca, director of meteorology at INETER.
«We will have a little influence from the Pacific and therefore it will be very common for us to see a lot of cloudiness and surely some precipitation towards the afternoon and in the highest areas of the country in very early hours,» he added.
He explained that the rains will increase in the North and South Caribbean regions, as well as in the central zone of the national territory, decreasing slightly in the Pacific and North zones of the country.
Temperatures throughout the country will be around 35 degrees, except “our highest areas where maximum temperatures will be around 32 and 33 degrees. The winds are relatively calm, therefore, the conditions for navigation will be quite optimal with waves of 1.5 meters in height and recommending our fishermen to always take precautions”.
