Premian a vino, pastel y chocolate en festival departamental de cacao en Siuna
La transformación del cacao en diferentes productos, se pudo ver y probar en una cantidad de productos que fueron presentados en el festival departamental de cacao, celebrado en Siuna, con la participación de protagonistas de Siuna, Rosita, Bonanza y Mulukuku, donde se presentaron, bebidas, pasteles, chocolates de diversos sabores y estilos.
Un jurado integrado pro especialistas pasaron por cada uno de los lugares donde los protagonistas presentaban sus productos, donde probaron el sabor, textura, y calidad de los mimos para luego determinar los ganadores del festival.
Después de todo el proceso, el jurado determinó que los ganadores del festival fueron de Bonanza Samir Emanuel García Moody quien con un vino elaborado a base de cacao se llevo el primer lugar en bebidas y Dora del Rosario Romero Castillo se alzo con el primer lugar con el pastel de chocolate con coco, un ingrediente ni caribeño y la Siuneña Lestel Garth que represento a la cooperativa Copesiuna, gano el primer lugar en chocolate.
La secretaria Política del FSLN en el Triángulo Minero, Yamileth Roque Talavera, dijo que el festival departamental del cacao “Toma Chocolate” que esta promoviendo la transformación del cacao en diferentes productos tales como vino, pasteles, chocolates, que degustaron los asistentes al festival.
“Un festival de todo lo que se hace del cacao, un producto que se ha venido incrementando su producción, es el segundo festival a nivel nacional y estamos contentos de la gran participación que hemos tenidos, de toda esta variedad de cacao y del chocolate” afirmo la dirigente sandinista.
Por u parte Julio Miranda del Instituto Nicaragüense de Tecnología Agropecuaria del Sistema de producción Consumo y Comercio del Triángulo Minero, dijo que este es un espacio para promover su consumo entre la población de la región, ya que han legado emprendedores en los procesos de transformación del cacao de toda la región con productos extraordinarios.
El funcionario dijo que los tres primeros lugares que fueron seleccionados en este festival estarán representando al triangulo Minero en el festival nacional que se realizara en el mes de julio en Managua.

The Political Secretary of the FSLN in the Mining Triangle, Yamileth Roque Talavera, said that the departmental cocoa festival “Toma Chocolate” is promoting the transformation of cocoa into different products such as wine, cakes, chocolates, which festival attendees tasted.
“A festival of everything that is made from cocoa, a product that has been increasing its production, is the second festival at the national level and we are happy with the great participation we have had, with all this variety of cocoa and chocolate” stated the Sandinista leader.
For his part, Julio Miranda of the Nicaraguan Institute of Agricultural Technology of the Consumption and Commerce Production System of the Mining Triangle, said that this is a space to promote its consumption among the population of the region, since entrepreneurs have left behind in the transformation processes of the cocoa from the entire region with extraordinary products.
The official said that the first three places that were selected in this festival will be representing the Mining triangle in the national festival that will be held in the month of July in Managua.
