Juramentan a miembros de los Consejos Electorales de Managua
La presidenta del Consejo Electoral Departamental de Managua, Daysi Torres, juramentó este viernes a los 54 miembros de los Consejos Electorales Municipales de los nueve municipios de Managua.
“El 7 de junio el CED sesionó para convocar a los representantes de Partidos Políticos y Alianzas que participarán en la contienda a presentar las ternas de sus candidatos y candidatas, para conformar los Consejos Electorales Municipales (CEM), apegados al principio de alternabilidad de género, tanto en los nombramientos de las presidentes como en su composición, de tal manera que el 50% sean mujeres y el otro 50% varones”, expuso Torres.
La funcionaria señaló que estos debían ser nicaragüenses y estar en pleno goce de sus derechos civiles y políticos y que llenaban los requisitos del artículo 17 de la Ley Electoral.
Los partidos FSLN, CxL PLC, APRE, ALN, PCC, PLI, presentaron sus ternas, nombrándose a los miembros de los CEM, como lo establece la actividad 15 del Calendario Electoral, se revisaron los soportes de los requisitos de los candidatos que deben ser diploma de bachiller, técnico medio o de profesor de primaria y ser mayor de 18 años expuso la funcionaria.
Indicó que se nombraron cinco mujeres y cuatro varones como presidentes de los CEM, y de los 27 cargos a propietarios, 14 son mujeres 13 varones, con respecto a la designación de presidente o presidenta se cumplió con lo dispuesto en el párrafo 10 del artículo 16, de la Ley Electoral, que indica que los partidos que obtuvieron el primer y segundo lugar en la ultima elección celebradas, designaran las ternas correspondientes.
