CSE entrega formularios para presentar a candidatos presidenciales
El Consejo Supremo Electoral, a través de la Dirección General de Atención a Partidos Políticos, entregó este martes los formularios de presentación y registro provisional de candidatos y candidatas a los partidos políticos y alianzas de Partidos, de cara a las elecciones generales.
De acuerdo con una nota de prensa, del 28 de julio al 02 de agosto, los partidos y alianzas políticas entregarán por primera vez, su lista de candidatos a Presidente o Presidenta y Vicepresidente o Vicepresidenta de la República; Diputadas y Diputados ante la Asamblea Nacional Nacionales, Departamentales y Regionales, así como las diputadas y diputados al Parlamento Centroamericano, según lo establecido en el Calendario Electoral 2021.
La nota señala que conforme el Acuerdo 03/06/2021, reglamentado en la Constitución Política de la República de Nicaragua, para ser Presidenta o Presidente, Vicepresidenta o Vicepresidente se requiere:
Ser nacional de Nicaragua. Quien hubiese adquirido otra nacionalidad deberá haber renunciado a ella al menos cuatro años antes de verificarse la elección.
Estar en pleno goce de sus derechos civiles y políticos.
Haber cumplido veinticinco años de edad.
Haber residido de forma continua en el país, los cuatro años anteriores a la elección, salvo que durante dicho período cumpliere misión diplomática, trabajare en organismos internacionales o realizare estudios en el extranjero.
La presentación final de candidatas y candidatos a las elecciones se publicará el 18 de agosto, en La Gaceta, Diario Oficial de la República de Nicaragua, según lo establece el calendario electoral.
Forms are provided to present to presidential candidates
The Supreme Electoral Council, through the General Directorate of Attention to Political Parties, delivered on Tuesday the forms for the presentation and provisional registration of candidates to the political parties and alliances of Parties, facing the general elections.
According to a press release, from July 28 to August 2, political parties and alliances will deliver for the first time, their list of candidates for President or President and Vice President or Vice President of the Republic; Deputies and Deputies before the National, Departmental and Regional National Assembly, as well as the deputies and deputies to the Central American Parliament, as established in the Electoral Calendar 2021.
The note indicates that according to Agreement 06/03/2021, regulated in the Political Constitution of the Republic of Nicaragua, to be President or President, Vice President or Vice President it is required:
Be a national of Nicaragua. Anyone who has acquired another nationality must have renounced it at least four years before the election takes place.
To be in full enjoyment of their civil and political rights.
Have twenty five year old.
Have continuously resided in the country, the four years prior to the election, unless during that period he / she was on a diplomatic mission, worked in international organizations or studied abroad.
The final presentation of candidates for the elections will be published on August 18, in La Gaceta, Official Gazette of the Republic of Nicaragua, as established by the electoral calendar.
