Un muerto en accidente de tránsito en Siuna
Una persona murió en un accidente de tránsito registrado la tarde de este jueves en las inmediaciones de la finca didáctica del INATEC en la salida de Siuna hacia el municipio de Rosita en la Región Autónoma de la Costa Caribe Norte.
El accidente se dio cuando una cisterna que transporta cemento en le proyecto de la carretera se movilizaba de Siuna hacia Rosita y el motorizado que regresaba de Coperna de atender su negocio, se dirigía a su casa cuando la rastra le invadió el carril, el motorizado cayo en la vía y las llantas del pesado camión le paso parte de su cuerpo y falleció de forma instantánea.
El motorizado que murió en el accidente fue identificado como Lucio Ochoa Obando de 38 años, quien habitaba en el barrio Denis Mendieta de Siuna y regresaba de atender su negocio personal en la comunidad de Coperna.
El hecho se registró a las 6:00 pm luego llegaron al lugar las autoridades de la Policía de Transito y el Medico Florence quien reviso el cuerpo de Lucio Ochoa Obando en el lugar y posteriormente fue llevado al hospital de Siuna para proceder con su preparación para ser velado en su casa.
El conductor de la cisterna fue identificado como Luis Manuel Rizo Gago, quien fue detenido por la Policía nacional y enfrentará los cargos por homicidio imprudente ante los tribunales judiciales.
La motocicleta fue ocupada por las autoridades y los documentos personales del occiso mientras se realiza el proceso penal.
Los agentes de la Policía de Transito que se encontraban en el lugar entregaron los familiares una cantidad considerable de dinero que llevaba en el bolsillo la víctima.
Por su parte el medico forense del Triángulo Minero Prinzapolka y Mulukuku Porfirio Francisco Rodríguez Alfaro, dijo que encontraron el cuerpo en la vía ´publica y encontraron el cuerpo boca arriba había lesiones que dejo la llanta que paso por su cuerpo y muere por un trauma craneoencefálico severo.
