Forense confirma que asesino de madre e hija violó a la joven
El Ministerio Público acusó formalmente al sujeto Wilmer Antonio González Méndez, por el doble crimen de Luz Maritza González Valle, de 53 años, y su hija Diagnnie Dayiris Boniche González, de 29 años, hecho que conmocionó al país. El la acusación fiscal se confirma que el sujeto violó a la joven y es acusado además por los delitos de asesinato y posesión ilegal de arma de fuego.
Según lo determinado por la Fiscalía, la acusación se ingreso para poder realizar la audiencia de anticipo de pruebas, donde este martes declararon 10 testigos.
La prueba fue recibida por la jueza Jazohara Zamora Rivera, del juzgado Distrito Penal Especializada en Violencia de Siuna, quien estableció que la audiencia se realizó porque los testigos corren el riesgo de ser expuestos a presiones mediante violencia y amenazas por parte de la familia del acusado.
La mayoría de testigos tuvo que viajar desde comunidades de Mulukukú hacia Siuna, para rendir sus declaraciones por los crímenes ocurridos el pasado 21 de julio en Kuriwansito en Mulukukú. Desde esa fecha no se sabe nada del paradero del sospechoso, quien era capataz en la finca San Jerónimo, propiedad de doña Luz Maritza Gonzáles Valle.

Most of the witnesses had to travel from Mulukukú communities to Siuna, to give their statements for the crimes that occurred on July 21 in Kuriwansito in Mulukukú. Since that date, nothing has been known about the whereabouts of the suspect, who was a foreman at the San Jerónimo farm, owned by Ms. Luz Maritza Gonzáles Valle.
