Novedoso plato caribeño gana festival de sabores de mi patria en Triángulo Minero
Con el platillo novedoso de la costilla alta con coco y gallo pinto con coco, el Triángulo Minero logra tener lista su participación en el festival nacional sabores de mi patria a celebrarse el próximo 11 de septiembre en Granada.
El concurso sabores de mi patria del departamento del Triángulo Minero, se llevó a cabo en Siuna en la plaza de feria donde llegaron tres concursantes a buscar la representación de la región.
La representación de Bonanza estuvo a cargo de Paula Zamora Jarquin que llego con la sopa marinera hecha a base de mariscos como el pescado, langosta y camarón utilizando crema, leche y leche de coco.
Prinzapolka llevo su representación a cargo de Mordicia Arrechavala Melgara, llevo al concurso su platillo pollo horneado con coco.
El jurado tomo en cuenta no solo el sabor y calidad de las comidas sino también lo que pudieron llevar para adornar el stand el cual fue determinante para ganar en el concurso gastronómico.
Guillermo Antonio Rios Palacios subdelegado del Instituto nicaragüense de Turismo INTUR dijo que en el concurso participaron tres municipios y fue organizado por el MEFCCA, Alcaldía municipal de Siuna y el INTUR así mimos dijo que el ganador representara al Triángulo Minero en el concurso nacional a efectuarse en Granada.
El alcalde de Siuna Otilio Duarte herrera dijo que este concurso pretende promover la gastronomía variada y sabrosa que tiene la región en estas fiestas patrias.
Así mimos el alcalde de Siuna dijo que se entregaron 7 mil córdobas al primer lugar cinco mil al segundo lugar y 3 mil al tercer lugar.
Juana Marcela Molina Blanco ganadora del concurso dio a gracias a Dios al Gobierno y las autoridades, así mimos a su familia ya que su hermana, hijas, nietas todos le ayudaron a prepararse para ganar este concurso.
Paula Zamora Jarq2ui ganadora del segundo lugar agradeció al presidente Daniel y la vicepresidenta Rosario por promover estos concursos así mismo hizo un llamado la población a seguir apoyando la gestión gubernamental de Ortega y Murillo.
La gastronomía caribeña es única y el jurado confirma una vez más esta teoría al otorgar el primer lugar del festival sabores de mi patria a la protagonista Juana Marcel Molina Blanco co el platillo costilla alta con coco y gallo pinto.
Novel Caribbean dish wins festival of flavors of my country in Triángulo Minero
With the novel dish of high rib with coconut and gallo pinto with coconut, the Mining Triangle manages to have its participation in the national festival flavors of my country to be held on September 11 in Granada.
The flavors of my country contest in the department of the Mining Triangle was held in Siuna in the fair square where three contestants arrived to seek representation from the region.
The representation of Bonanza was in charge of Paula Zamora Jarquin who arrived with the seafood soup made from seafood such as fish, lobster and shrimp using cream, milk and coconut milk.
Prinzapolka was represented by Mordicia Arrechavala Melgara, who brought her chicken dish baked with coconut to the contest.
The jury took into account not only the taste and quality of the food but also what they could bring to decorate the stand, which was decisive to win in the gastronomic contest.
Guillermo Antonio Rios Palacios deputy delegate of the Nicaraguan Institute of Tourism INTUR said that three municipalities participated in the contest and was organized by the MEFCCA, Siuna municipal mayor’s office and INTUR, thus, he said that the winner would represent the Mining Triangle in the national contest to be held in Grenade.
The mayor of Siuna Otilio Duarte Herrera said that this contest aims to promote the varied and tasty gastronomy that the region has in these national holidays.
Thus, the mayor of Siuna said that 7 thousand córdobas were given to the first place, five thousand to the second place and 3 thousand to the third place.
Juana Marcela Molina Blanco, winner of the contest, thanked God to the Government and the authorities, as well as pampering her family as her sister, daughters, and her granddaughters all helped her prepare to win this contest.
Paula Zamora Jarq2ui, winner of the second place, thanked President Daniel and Vice President Rosario for promoting these contests and also called on the population to continue supporting the government management of Ortega and Murillo.
Caribbean gastronomy is unique and the jury confirms this theory once again by awarding the first place of the festival Sabores de mi patria to the protagonist Juana Marcel Molina Blanco with the dish high rib with coconut and gallo pinto.
