Atropellan a una niña en la comarca el Sombrero en Rosita
Una niña de 7 años, identificada como Dania Estebana Jarquín García fue atropellada por el conductor de un camión que viajaba en la vía principal de Siuna a Rosita, cuando al pasar por la comunidad del Sombrero la niña se cruzo la calle y fue embestida por un camión dejando graves lesiones a la pequeña.
De acuerdo a versiones de testigos del accidente la pequeña regresaba a su casa después de hacer unas compras en una pulpería y al intentar cruzar la vía principal, fue atropellada.
La familia Jarquín García, son originarios de Bocana de Paiwas y apenas tienen un día de haberse trasladado a vivir a la comunidad del Sombrero,
La pequeña resulto con graves lesiones y fue trasladada al hospital Rosario Pravia Medina, de Rosita para recibir atención especializada, mientras el conductor del camión se mantuvo en el lugar del accidente esperando qué llegue la Policía Nacional para realizar los actos de investigación correspondientes.
La población de esa comunidad esta asustada e indignada con este hecho, pues consideran que la culpa no solo es de los conductores, ya que los padres de familia deben de cuidar a los niños y no enviarlos a realizar compras por el peligro que representa esa vía principal.
