Una niña fue violada en una comarca de Puerto Cabezas, en el Caribe Norte
Una niña de nueve años fue violada en la comarca Samaritano, jurisdicción de Puerto cabezas, presuntamente el responsable de este hecho fue identificado como Oqueins Emana Castillo.
El hecho ocurrió al medio día de este martes 15 de septiembre a las 12:30 del mediodía, cuando la menor quedo al cuido de una tía ya que el papa de la menor fue a pasar consulta con su otro hijo de 5 años al puesto de salud de la comunidad por calentura.
El padre de la niña al llegar del puesto de salud encontró a la niña violada. El hechor fue plenamente identificado por la familia.
El papa tomo a la niña y la saco hacia la carretera en el señor del 43, donde una comisión del Gobierno llego a esperarlo para atender a la niña y a la familia.
Una comisión integrada por el Ministerio de la familia, la Comisaria de la mujer y el Ministerio de Educación salieron de Puerto Cabezas para atender a la niña que será remitida a un centro asistencial para recibir la atención medica y los familiares recibirán el acompañamiento que requieren.

A nine-year-old girl was raped in the Samaritano region, jurisdiction of Puerto Heads, presumably the person responsible for this incident was identified as Oqueins Emana Castillo.

When the girl’s father arrived from the health post, he found the girl raped. The perpetrator was fully identified by the family.
