Celebran día internacional del turismo con mitos y leyendas en Bilwi
El día internacional del turismo fue celebrado con mitos y leyendas en una feria del mar que se realizado en la Bocanita, un lugar paradisiaco en la ciudad de Bilwi, Region Autónoma de la Costa Caribe Norte.
Tradición, música, danzas gastronomía típica, mitos y leyendas, fueron el escenario de la celebración caribeña.
La feria fue organizada por el Gobierno de Nicaragua a través del Instituto Nicaragüense de Turismo, el Gobierno Regional del Caribe Norte, la Alcaldía municipal de Puerto Cabezas y el Ministerio de Economía Familiar.
La celebración incluyó un desfile de carrozas de los barrios El muelle, El Cocal y Punta fría, que representan los diferentes mitos y leyendas como el Swinta (Duende), Liwa Mairín (La Sirena), Unta Dukia (Espíritus del Bosque) y el Usus Mairín (La mujer zopilote).
Las Universidades URACCAN y BICU, también participaron exponiendo sus carrozas, la BICU representó una Danza del Pueblo Indígena Mayangna y la URACCAN el Isigni (Espíritu de los que ya fallecieron)
Las carrozas salieron del Parque Municipal Rubén Darío en una caravana hacia el centro turístico la Bocanita, ahí los integrantes de las carrozas tuvieron una presentación que duró 10 minutos.
Protagonistas del MEFCCA presentaron sus platillos elaborados con mariscos y coco y un jurado calificador premio a los tres primeros lugares.
El evento concluyo con una pasarela con trajes típicos por niñas de diferentes barrios y la música en vivo del grupo karma.
They celebrate international tourism day with myths and legends in Bilwi
The international day of tourism was celebrated with myths and legends at a sea fair that was held in La Bocanita, a paradisiacal place in the city of Bilwi, Autonomous Region of the North Caribbean Coast.
Tradition, music, typical gastronomy dances, myths and legends were the setting for the Caribbean celebration.
The fair was organized by the Government of Nicaragua through the Nicaraguan Tourism Institute, the Regional Government of the Northern Caribbean, the Puerto Cabezas Municipal Mayor’s Office and the Ministry of Family Economy.
The celebration included a parade of floats from the neighborhoods El Pier, El Cocal and Punta Fria, representing different myths and legends such as the Swinta (Duende), Liwa Mairín (The Siren), Unta Dukia (Forest Spirits) and the Usus Mairín (The buzzard woman).
The URACCAN and BICU Universities also participated by exhibiting their floats, the BICU represented a Dance of the Mayangna Indigenous People and the URACCAN the Isigni (Spirit of those who have already passed away)
The floats left the Rubén Darío Municipal Park in a caravan to the Bocanita tourist center, there the members of the floats had a presentation that lasted 10 minutes.
Protagonists of the MEFCCA presented their dishes made with seafood and coconut and a qualifying jury awarded the first three places.
The event concluded with a catwalk with typical costumes by girls from different neighborhoods and live music by the karma group.
