CSJ Capacitan a más de 300 facilitadores judiciales en Caribe Norte
La Corte Suprema de Justicia inició los talleres de alfabetización jurídica en los municipios Siuna, Bonanza y Rosita, en el Triángulo Minero. El curso está dirigido a 323 auxiliares de la justicia y wihtas del Caribe Norte.
Durante la actividad, Domingo Chavarría Centeno, supervisor de la Oficina de Facilitadores del Triángulo Minero, Prinzapolka y Mulukukú, explicó que en estos espacios los facilitadores aprenden para enseñar a los ciudadanos de los barrios y comunidades aspectos jurídicos básicos.
Por su parte, Sipriano Balderramos, supervisor técnico del Servicio de Facilitadores de la Costa Caribe Norte, dijo que como resultado de la capacitación los facilitadores conocen sobre los delitos y faltas, conocimiento que trasmiten a la población que busca solucionar sus conflictos ante los promotores de la paz.
Actualmente, existen 76 facilitadores judiciales en Siuna, 32 en Rosita, 30 en Bonanza, 32 en Prinzapolka, 33 en Mulukukú, 86 wihtas en Puerto Cabezas y otros 34 en Waspam.
“Con estas capacitaciones mejoramos la atención a la población. Esto fortalece los conocimientos sobre diferentes temas, de manera que podemos orientar y asesorar a las personas que solicitan el servicio”, comentó Estebana Rostrán Gámez, que tiene 15 años como facilitadora judicial en el municipio Rosita.

The Supreme Court of Justice began legal literacy workshops in the Siuna, Bonanza and Rosita municipalities, in the Mining Triangle. The course is aimed at 323 legal assistants and wihtas from the North Caribbean.
During the activity, Domingo Chavarría Centeno, supervisor of the Office of Facilitators of the Mining Triangle, Prinzapolka and Mulukukú, explained that in these spaces the facilitators learn to teach the citizens of the neighborhoods and communities basic legal aspects.
For his part, Sipriano Balderramos, technical supervisor of the Facilitators Service of the North Caribbean Coast, said that as a result of the training the facilitators know about crimes and misdemeanors, knowledge that they transmit to the population that seeks to solve their conflicts before the promoters of peace.

“With these trainings we improve the attention to the population. This strengthens knowledge on different topics, so that we can guide and advise people who request the service, ”said Estebana Rostrán Gámez, who has been a judicial facilitator in the Rosita municipality for 15 years.
