Inicia campaña electoral con estricto protocolo sanitario
Los partidos y alianzas políticas inscriptos para participar en los comicios generales del 7 de noviembre inician este sábado la campaña electoral, marcada por un estricto protocolo sanitario.
La situación marcada por la pandemia global de la Covid-19 acortó esta vez el período proselitista en busca del voto, que se extenderá hasta el 3 de noviembre, a cuatro fechas del ejercicio democrático tal como dicta la ley.
El Consejo Supremo Electoral (CSE) y el Ministerio de Salud (Minsa) presentaron el pasado lunes un acuerdo conjunto sobre el protocolo sanitario para prevenir la Covid-19 que deberán respetar los partidos políticos durante la contienda.
Los partidos y alianzas políticas no podrán realizar eventos presenciales de carácter masivo durante la campaña electoral, establece el reglamento.
Los actos presenciales no podrán exceder un aforo de 200 personas y la duración fue fijada en una hora y media como máximo.
Será necesario cumplir, además, los protocolos sanitarios para la prevención de la Covid-19, tales como el uso obligatorio de mascarillas, distancia de dos metros entre personas y toma de temperatura al entrar al área del encuentro proselitista.
El acuerdo CSE-Minsa prohíbe la realización de caravanas a bordo de buses, motos, carros, coches o cualquier otro medio de transporte.
