Llegan 150 buses desde Rusia
Un total de 150 buses rusos llegaron al puerto de Corinto en el departamento de Chinandega. La nueva flota de vehículos es parte de los más de 500 unidades de transporte que adquirirá Nicaragua este año para mejorar el servicio público del país.
Los buses arribaron a la terminal marítima la noche del martes a bordo del barco Rolon.
La mañana de este jueves realizan un recorrido por las principales calles del municipio de Chinandega y luego salieron hacia Managua.
Por su parte, la vicepresidenta Rosario Murillo, informó que se espera un nuevo envío de 150 buses en el mes de octubre.
Rosario explicó que este primer lote será adjudicado por el Presidente Daniel Ortega, en un acto solemne.
Murillo señaló que son dos modelos de autobuses, uno de 42 pasajeros sentados y 35 de pie, es decir 77 pasajeros y un bus mediano, con capacidad para 36 pasajeros sentados y 15 de pie, 51 en total.
“Aquí estamos entonces agradecidos por esos buses que han venido desde Corinto recorriendo los distintos municipios de los departamentos de occidente. En igual espera, del envío el próximo mes, Dios Mediante y a la espera de que nuestro Comandante Daniel realice un acto en el que estos primeros 150 sean distribuidos para servir a nuestro pueblo”, dijo la dirigente.

A total of 150 Russian buses arrived at the port of Corinto in the department of Chinandega. The new fleet of vehicles is part of the more than 500 transport units that Nicaragua will acquire this year to improve the country’s public service.
The buses arrived at the maritime terminal on Tuesday night aboard the Rolon ship.
This Thursday morning they made a tour of the main streets of the municipality of Chinandega and then they left for Managua.
On her side, Vice President Rosario Murillo reported that a new shipment of 150 buses is expected in October.
Rosario explained that this first lot will be awarded by President Daniel Ortega, in a solemn act.
Murillo pointed out that there are two models of buses, one with 42 seated passengers and 35 standing, that is, 77 passengers and a medium bus, with capacity for 36 seated passengers and 15 standing, 51 in total.
“Here we are then grateful for those buses that have come from Corinto visiting the different municipalities of the western departments. In the same waiting, of the shipment next month, God willing and waiting for our Commander Daniel to carry out an act in which these first 150 are distributed to serve our people, «said the leader.
