Policia Nacional firme contra la delincuencia en el Triángulo Minero capturan a doce por delito graves
Un total de doce personas fueron puestos en las cárceles de la Policia nacional en el Triángulo Minero y enfrentarán los procesos judiciales, para responder por los delitos presuntamente cometidos en los municipios del Triángulo Minero, Prinzapolka y Mulukuku.
El comisionado Mayor Víctor Leonel Huerta Gonzales, jefe de la Policia nacional del Triángulo Minero, Prinzapolka y Mulukuku, en conferencia de prensa dio a conocer los resultados de la ejecución de los palanes operativos en los municipios de la región en el periodo del 31 de agosto al 6 de septiembre del 2023.
En el informe presentado por el jefe policial se estableció que 12 personas fueron capturadas e investigadas por los delitos de robo con intimidación o asalto (3), robo con violencia (2), robo con fuerza (5) y por delitos que atentan contra la dignidad de la mujer (2) que ya fueron remitidos a las autoridades judiciales del ministerio publico para seguir su proceso penal en el poder judicial.
Los resultados policiales indican que fueron capturados en Siuna Anthony Solano Flores, Esther Wilson Robinson y Juan Carlos Martínez Show por ser los presuntos autores del delito de robo con intimidación o asalto en perjuicio de persona identificada de iniciales B.G.M.F., a quien intimidaron y despojaron de dinero.
Así mismo fueron capturados en Bonanza Nejaman Pablo López Gutiérrez y en Siuna Janier David Jirón Alarcón por ser los presuntos autores del delito de robo con violencia.
En tanto por los delitos robo con fuerza fueron detenidos, investigados y puestos a la orden del Ministerio Público de Bonanza Dexner Padilla Bordas, José Francisco Rodríguez, Yelver Isaac Rodríguez, Ramón Alberto Erants y en Rosita por este delito fue capturado Carlos Manuel Thomson Taylor.
El comisionado Mayor Huerta Gonzales, destaco que por delitos que tendrán contra la dignidad de la mujer fueron detenidos por el delito de violación en Rosita Mercedes González Cruz y en Siuna por abuso sexual Israel González Castellón.
Las autoridades policiales de la región informaron que continúan ejecutando planes de seguridad en el campo y las ciudades para mantener la paz y la tranquilidad de las familias y la comunidad.
