Celebran fiestas patronales en honor a Santa Teresita, en Bonanza

Los fieles católicos de Bonanza celebraron con una procesión y una misa presidida por Monseñor David Zywiec Obispo de la diócesis de Siuna, los 504 años del nacimiento de Santa Teresita del Niño Jesus, patrona del municipio.
Santa Teresita del niño Jesus, nació un 28 de marzo de 1515 en Ávila, España, goza de mucha veneración entre los fieles católicos nicaragüenses y principalmente en Bonanza.
Hace aproximadamente 100 años los feligreses celebran que la imagen fue traída desde Francia para aliviar algunos males que aquejaban a los bonanceños.
El padre Tomás Jiménez, párroco de Bonanza, dijo que están de fiesta celebrando con alegría que hace casi cuatro siglos, Dios les regaló a los católicos a esta mujer insigne y reformadora de la vida espiritual.
Comentó que ha dejado un gran legado a la Iglesia en cuanto a sus escritos, en cuanto a su vida y la reforma espiritual que llevó a cabo a través de la orden Carmelitas.
“Santa Teresita de Jesús es un ejemplo de nuestra fe, como hijos e hijas de nuestro Dios y hermanos de nuestro Señor Jesucristo por eso es el entusiasmo de venerar a nuestra madre Teresita del Niño Jesús”, mencionó Felipe Pérez Jirón.
“Para mí Santa Teresa representa más que una madre, porque ella ha sido la ejemplar de aquí. Ha habido tantas cosas en el mundo y ella nos cuida; ha habido guerras, ha habido de todo en el mundo y ella nos cubre con su manto”, aseguró la pobladora Elizabeth Gutiérrez.
“Después de Dios ella es la única, ella me ha hecho muchos milagros aquí en Bonanza hace más de 140 años hubo una sequía…en ese entonces fue cuando trajeron de Francia a santa Teresita del niño Jesús a Bonanza”, dijo Gregorio Down poblador de Bonanza.
El alcalde de Bonanza, Alexander Alvarado Lam, mencionó que desde el 29 de septiembre iniciaron las actividades en saludo a las festividades de Santa Teresita que es la patrona de los mineros y también forman parte de la celebración del 30 aniversario del municipio.
José Luis Solórzano, secretario político departamental del FLSN, dijo que están acompañando a las familias devotas de Santa Teresita del Niño Jesús, la patrona de este bonito pueblo.
