Encuentran cuerpos de desaparecidos en accidente en Waslala
Los cuerpos de las dos personas que perecieron en el incidente de un camión que fue arrastrado por las corrientes del rio Zorro en Waslala, Caribe Norte, fueron encontrados por las autoridades locales.
Las autoridades municipales junto a pobladores recuperaron los cuerpos de A.M. de 8 años y de Kengy Soza, de 25 años fueron encontrados tras una enorme jornada de búsqueda que realizaron las autoridades de Waslala.
El accidente ocurrió la tarde del viernes en la comunidad San Antonio Yaró, en el municipio de Waslala, en el Caribe Norte.
Según la información, el camión que cubre la Ruta Waslala-Yaró se dirigía hacia su lugar de origen, pero al llegar al río tenía un caudal bastante fuerte.
El conductor intentó cruzar pero al llegar a la orilla, sintió que la fuerte corriente no lo dejaba avanzar; y fue ahí que la fuerza de las aguas le dieron vuelta al camión, ocasionando que los pasajeros cayeran al agua.
La mayor parte de las personas pudieron ser rescatadas con vida, pero una mujer y un niño fueron arrastradas por la corriente. La mujer fue identificada como Kenia Soza García, mientras que el menor es de iniciales A.G.
El trabajo para recuperar el camión ha sido muy difícil, por la enorme fuerza de la naturaleza que le da mayor potencia a estas aguas.
They find bodies of missing persons in accident in Waslala
The bodies of the two people who perished in the incident of a truck that was dragged by the currents of the Zorro River in Waslala, North Caribbean, were found by local authorities.
The municipal authorities together with residents recovered the bodies of A.M. 8-year-old and 25-year-old Kengy Soza were found after a long search by the Waslala authorities.
The accident occurred on Friday afternoon in the San Antonio Yaró community, in the municipality of Waslala, in the North Caribbean.
According to the information, the truck that covers the Waslala-Yaró Route was heading towards its place of origin, but when it reached the river it had a fairly strong flow.
The driver tried to cross but when he reached the shore, he felt that the strong current would not let him advance; and it was there that the force of the waters turned the truck, causing the passengers to fall into the water.
Most of the people were able to be rescued alive, but a woman and a child were swept away. The woman was identified as Kenia Soza García, while the minor has the initials A.G.
The work to recover the truck has been very difficult, due to the enormous force of nature that gives greater power to these waters.
