MITRAB oficializa largo feriado por día de fieles difuntos
Las autoridades del Ministerio del Trabajo informaron que los días primeros y dos de noviembre son de asueto a cuenta de vacaciones, para los trabajadores de entidades públicas y entes descentralizados.
El secretario General del MITRAB José León Arguello, informó que la ministra del Trabajo en uso de las facultades que le confiere la Ley concede asueto a cuenta de vacaciones los dos primeros días del mes para que los nicaragüenses visiten a sus deudos en los cementerios de sus lugares de origen.
Expuso que los empleadores y trabajadores del sector privado deberán ajustarse a las costumbres o acuerdos entre las partes.
Añadió que de esta disposición se exceptúan los trabajos que no sean susceptibles de interrupción, por su naturaleza o por la índole de las necesidades que satisfacen y que pueden afectar la actividad económica, social y de seguridad del país.
MITRAB makes official long holiday for the day of the faithful departed
The authorities of the Ministry of Labor reported that the first and second days of November are holidays on account of vacations, for workers of public entities and decentralized entities.
The Secretary General of MITRAB José León Arguello, reported that the Minister of Labor, in use of the powers conferred by the Law, grants a holiday on account of vacations the first two days of the month for Nicaraguans to visit their relatives in the cemeteries of their places of origin.
He stated that employers and workers in the private sector should adjust to the customs or agreements between the parties.
He added that this provision exempts works that are not susceptible to interruption, by their nature or by the nature of the needs they satisfy and that may affect the economic, social and security activity of the country.
